【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異是多年來阻礙各國家經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要因素,我國是世界上最大的發(fā)展中經(jīng)濟(jì)體,不僅東、中、西部地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平差異明顯,而且在一省內(nèi)部也存在著巨大的差異,這種差異甚至高于我國三大地區(qū)間的差異,故而各省內(nèi)部的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差異問題逐漸成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)研究的一個(gè)新視角。本文以西南腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)貴州省作為研究對象,系統(tǒng)地研究其區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的演化特征和影響因素,旨在為貴州省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提供對策建議。首先,對國內(nèi)外區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行綜述,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)和歸納區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的相關(guān)理論。其次,分析貴州省十二五期間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及對貴州省九個(gè)地市(州)和88個(gè)縣(區(qū)、市)的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異進(jìn)行遞進(jìn)分析,主要內(nèi)容包括四個(gè)部分:第一,通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差和人口加權(quán)變異系數(shù)進(jìn)行常規(guī)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)貴州省的絕對差異不斷擴(kuò)大,相對差異呈現(xiàn)到“U”型走勢;第二,利用泰爾指數(shù)對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異進(jìn)行地域分解,發(fā)現(xiàn)貴州省市(州、地)間差異大于市(州、地)內(nèi)部的差異;第三,利用基尼系數(shù)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)分解,發(fā)現(xiàn)第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域差異對于總體差異的貢獻(xiàn)相當(dāng),在三次產(chǎn)業(yè)中,第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異擴(kuò)大的主要因素;第四,利用墨蘭指數(shù)對貴州省縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異空間相關(guān)性進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)具有顯著空間相關(guān)性。再次,進(jìn)行貴州省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異影響因素的定性和定量分析,對區(qū)域天然要素稟賦、產(chǎn)業(yè)格局、資本要素、區(qū)域發(fā)展政策和人力資本五個(gè)因素先進(jìn)行定性分析,再基于面板數(shù)據(jù)模型將各變量與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長進(jìn)行計(jì)量分析,得出各因素對貴州省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長具有顯著性影響,并分別計(jì)算出各因素對黔中、黔北、黔西和黔南四大區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長差異的不同影響程度。最后,基于研究成果,從五個(gè)方面提出貴州省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Regional economic differences have been an important factor hindering the smooth economic development of various countries for many years. China is the largest developing economy in the world. Moreover, there are also huge differences within a province, which are even higher than the differences among the three major regions of our country. Therefore, the difference in economic development within the provinces has gradually become a new angle of view in the study of regional economy. This paper takes Guizhou Province, an underdeveloped region in the southwest hinterland, as the object of study. This paper systematically studies the evolution characteristics and influencing factors of regional economic differences in Guizhou Province, aiming at providing countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of regional economy in Guizhou Province. First, the related studies on regional economic differences at home and abroad are summarized. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of economic development in Guizhou Province during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, and analyzes the regional economic differences of nine prefectures (prefectures) and 88 counties (districts, cities) in Guizhou Province. The main contents include four parts: first, through the conventional analysis of standard deviation and population-weighted coefficient of variation, it is found that the absolute difference of Guizhou Province is constantly expanding, and the relative difference shows a trend of "U" pattern; second, The regional economic difference is decomposed by using the Thiel index, and the difference between the cities (states, land) in Guizhou is greater than that within the city (state, land). Thirdly, the Gini coefficient is used to decompose the industry, and the second is found. Among the three industries, the structure effect of the second and third industries is the main factor that the regional economic difference expands. Based on the analysis of the spatial correlation of the regional economic differences in Guizhou province by using the Molan index, it is found that there is a significant spatial correlation. Thirdly, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the influencing factors of the regional economic differences in Guizhou Province is carried out, and the natural factor endowment of the region is analyzed. The industrial pattern, capital elements, regional development policy and human capital are analyzed qualitatively, and then the variables and economic growth are analyzed based on panel data model. It is concluded that each factor has significant influence on the economic growth of Guizhou province, and the different influence degree of each factor on the difference of economic growth of four regions in central Guizhou, northern Guizhou, western Guizhou and southern Guizhou are calculated respectively. Finally, based on the research results, The countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of regional economy in Guizhou Province are put forward from five aspects.
