【摘要】：區(qū)域生態(tài)安全格局對(duì)于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義,渾善達(dá)克沙漠化防治作為維護(hù)防風(fēng)固沙功能的重要區(qū)域,保障其生態(tài)安全尤為重要。通過對(duì)沙漠化過程的影響因素分析,構(gòu)建基于植物生長(zhǎng)、土地覆被類型、土壤侵蝕的沙漠化防治區(qū)生態(tài)安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,利用遙感和GIS技術(shù)分別得出各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,在此基礎(chǔ)上將各要素進(jìn)行疊加,得到區(qū)域生態(tài)安全狀況。結(jié)果表明:"較不安全"地區(qū)占總區(qū)域面積的35.42%,"不安全"和"極不安全"地區(qū)分別占總區(qū)域面積的3.42%和0.05%。2000—2008年,渾善達(dá)克沙漠化防治區(qū)的南部與東部部分地區(qū)由自然景觀轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦?占總區(qū)域面積的1.19%。在渾善達(dá)克沙漠化防治區(qū)生態(tài)安全評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展壓力分析,提出區(qū)域生態(tài)安全保障對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The regional pattern for ecological security is of great significance for the sustainable development of regional economy, Hunshandake desertification prevention and control as an important region for maintenance of windbreak, safeguard the ecological security is particularly important. The influence factors on desertification process analysis, based on plant growth, land cover types, soil erosion, desertification prevention and control of ecological security area evaluation index system, using remote sensing and GIS technology were used to obtain the evaluation results of the index, the elements on the basis of superposition, get the regional ecological security situation. The results show that the relatively unsafe area of the total area of 35.42%, "safe" and "unsafe" area respectively of the total area 3.42% and 0.05%.2000 - 2008, Hunshandak Aeolian Desertification Area in southern and eastern parts of transition from the natural landscape of arable land, the total area of 1.19%. On the basis of the ecological security evaluation of the Hun DAQ desertification control area, and combining the economic and social development pressure analysis, the Countermeasures of regional ecological security guarantee are put forward.
