【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢(shì)不斷推進(jìn),再加上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與計(jì)算機(jī)信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展與普及,不斷催生著新的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形式。在這一時(shí)期,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)與國(guó)際貿(mào)易的發(fā)展也朝著多元形式變革,極具代表的就是國(guó)際電子商務(wù)的迅猛崛起和壯大。從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的本源規(guī)律來(lái)看,新經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式的出現(xiàn),時(shí)時(shí)刻刻受到各類因素的影響。電子商務(wù)國(guó)際貿(mào)易新形式的出現(xiàn),是因整個(gè)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境多元因素的促力而形成,并始終伴隨著其成長(zhǎng)、發(fā)展、創(chuàng)新�；诖�,本文以貿(mào)易周期理論的視角來(lái)研究該問(wèn)題,在分析跨境電商與國(guó)際貿(mào)易關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步探討我國(guó)跨境電商的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及對(duì)開展國(guó)際電商貿(mào)易所帶來(lái)的雙重影響,并提出相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the integration of regional economy, the trend of economic globalization, and the development and popularization of Internet and computer information technology, new forms of economic development have been spawned. The development of the global economy and international trade is also changing towards the pluralistic forms. What is most representative is the rapid rise and growth of the international electronic commerce. From the source law of economic development, the emergence of the new economic growth mode, The emergence of new forms of international trade in electronic commerce has been shaped by the diverse factors of the entire market environment, and has always been accompanied by its growth, development and innovation. This paper studies this problem from the perspective of trade cycle theory. On the basis of analyzing the relationship between cross-border e-commerce and international trade, this paper further discusses the development status of cross-border e-commerce in China and its dual impact on the development of international e-commerce trade. And put forward relevant policy recommendations.
