【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展和時(shí)代的進(jìn)步,人們對(duì)安全和健康的認(rèn)識(shí)日益重視,安全文明的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境已是對(duì)一個(gè)企業(yè)必然要求。近幾年,計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)技術(shù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,使得全面開發(fā)和利用企業(yè)資源,建立企業(yè)級(jí)的管理系統(tǒng)成為可能。對(duì)于電力企業(yè)安全性評(píng)價(jià),改變傳統(tǒng)的手工與單機(jī)版管理模式,采用新的技術(shù)手段,大幅提升安評(píng)工作的效率,以取得更高的經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)效益,是電力工業(yè)信息化的要求。在這樣的要求和環(huán)境下,并結(jié)合電力企業(yè)安全性評(píng)價(jià)的現(xiàn)狀,研究開發(fā)基于web瀏覽器的電力企業(yè)安全性評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。四川電力是國(guó)有特大型企業(yè),是隸屬于國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司的全資子公司。其核心業(yè)務(wù)為電網(wǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng),四川省境內(nèi)主要的電網(wǎng)建設(shè)、規(guī)劃、電力供應(yīng)和運(yùn)營(yíng)均由四川電力負(fù)責(zé)。如此龐大的一個(gè)企業(yè),其供電安全關(guān)系到眾多人的生命安全和所在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。對(duì)于四川電力企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),如何在保證最大限度安全的情況下進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)一直是四川電力企業(yè)研究的重要課題。在目前,通過(guò)人工方式進(jìn)行安全評(píng)價(jià)一直是四川電力企業(yè)中廣泛適用的安全性評(píng)價(jià)方法。但是,這種人工方式的準(zhǔn)確性和效率一直為人詬病。因此,結(jié)合新的信息技術(shù)來(lái)改變這一傳統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)模式已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)今迫切的需求。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)高度發(fā)達(dá)的今天,單機(jī)的系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)不能夠適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的信息化需求了,WEB化的安全評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)的未來(lái)大勢(shì)所趨。本論文研究并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套基于B/S模式的電力企業(yè)安全性評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用了B/S模式,并基于MVC架構(gòu)開發(fā)模式,利用Java EE平臺(tái)和Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù).進(jìn)行開發(fā)。系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)管理、評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目管理、評(píng)價(jià)任務(wù)管理、整改管理、公示欄,在這些大的模塊中包含了一些特設(shè)模塊如專家查評(píng)、系統(tǒng)查評(píng)提醒等。系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)潔易操作,使得電力企業(yè)安全性評(píng)價(jià)工作變得科學(xué)、簡(jiǎn)單、智能和安全,管理及運(yùn)行更有效率。四川電力企業(yè)安全評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)是一套具有很強(qiáng)實(shí)用性、適應(yīng)性、可靠性的安全評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)有效地幫助電力企業(yè)各級(jí)單位和機(jī)構(gòu)落實(shí)安全性評(píng)價(jià)工作的展開,并確保在安全性評(píng)價(jià)工作的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中環(huán)環(huán)相扣、動(dòng)態(tài)管理、規(guī)范管理。全面提升了四川電力企業(yè)安全評(píng)價(jià)工作的水平。

The production environment of safety and civilization is an inevitable requirement for an enterprise. In recent years, the rapid development of computer science and technology and network technology, It makes it possible to fully develop and utilize enterprise resources and establish enterprise management system. To evaluate the safety of electric power enterprises, to change the traditional manual and single-machine management mode, and to adopt new technical means, In order to achieve higher economic and social benefits, it is the requirement of electric power industry informatization to greatly improve the efficiency of safety assessment work. Under such requirements and environment, and combined with the current situation of safety evaluation of electric power enterprises, It is of great practical significance to study and develop the security evaluation system of electric power enterprise based on web browser. Sichuan Electric Power is a large state-owned enterprise and a wholly owned subsidiary of State Grid Company. The core business of Sichuan Electric Power Company is the operation of power grid. Sichuan Electric Power is responsible for the construction, planning, supply and operation of major power grids in Sichuan Province. The safety of power supply is related to the lives of many people and the development of the regional economy. How to make production under the condition of maximum safety has been an important research topic for Sichuan electric power enterprises. At present, Safety evaluation by artificial means has been widely used in Sichuan electric power enterprises. However, the accuracy and efficiency of this artificial method has been criticized. Combining new information technology to change this traditional evaluation model has become an urgent need. The single computer system can no longer meet the needs of modern enterprise informatization and the future trend of the security evaluation system based on Web. This paper studies and implements a set of electric power enterprise security evaluation system based on B / S model. The system adopted the B / S model, Based on the development mode of MVC architecture, the system is developed using Java EE platform and Oracle database. The system realizes system management, evaluation project management, evaluation task management, rectification management, publicity bar, etc. These large modules include some special modules, such as expert review, system review and warning, etc. The system is simple and easy to operate, which makes the safety evaluation of electric power enterprises scientific, simple, intelligent and safe. Sichuan Electric Power Enterprise Safety Evaluation system is a set of safety evaluation system with strong practicability, adaptability and reliability. The system effectively helps all levels of units and institutions of electric power enterprises to carry out the work of safety evaluation, and ensures the dynamic management of each link in the work of safety evaluation.
