【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是資源的重新布局,涉及的是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展問題。從根本上說,城鎮(zhèn)化的核心問題是實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的優(yōu)化配置,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)人的城市化。為了趨利避害,解決好這一問題,走出一條具有中國(guó)特色的城鎮(zhèn)化之路,在城鎮(zhèn)化過程中應(yīng)該研究政府、市場(chǎng)、社會(huì)三大因素,并處理好三者之間的關(guān)系,正確發(fā)揮它們的作用。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the rearrangement of resources, which involves the development of regional economy and society. Fundamentally, the core problem of urbanization is to realize the optimal allocation of resources and ultimately realize the urbanization of human beings. In order to solve this problem, we should study the government, market and society in the process of urbanization, deal with the relationship between them and give full play to their functions.
