【摘要】：楊家泊鎮(zhèn)位于渤海之濱，隸屬于天津市濱海新區(qū)，具有較好的漁業(yè)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)。本文根據(jù)邁克爾·波特的“鉆石模型”的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃理論，將提高區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與發(fā)展現(xiàn)代漁業(yè)集群相結(jié)合，探討楊家泊鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)代漁業(yè)集群發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略對(duì)策。 本文梳理了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展規(guī)劃、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、漁業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈等相關(guān)概念和理論，研究了國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)代漁業(yè)集群發(fā)展的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，，全面分析了楊家泊鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)代漁業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、優(yōu)勢(shì)、不足和面臨的形勢(shì)，并結(jié)合鉆石模型，進(jìn)行了戰(zhàn)略分析，提出戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、重點(diǎn)和措施。 本文認(rèn)為，楊家泊現(xiàn)代漁業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群建設(shè)是漁業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一種趨勢(shì)，是具有優(yōu)勢(shì)水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖資源的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)飛躍發(fā)展的一條新捷徑，這一新的漁業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)組織形式將顯示出強(qiáng)大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，為天津?yàn)I海新區(qū)現(xiàn)代漁業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供一個(gè)新模式。
[Abstract]:Yangjiapo Town is located on the coast of the Bohai Sea and belongs to the Binhai New area of Tianjin, which has a good foundation for fisheries development. This paper is based on Michael Porter's "Diamond Model" strategic planning theory. Combining the improvement of regional competitiveness with the development of modern fishery clusters, this paper discusses the strategic countermeasures for the development of modern fishery clusters in Yangjiapo Town. This article combs the regional economic development plan, the industry cluster, the fishery industry chain and so on related concepts and the theory, has studied the domestic modern fishery cluster development practice experience, has comprehensively analyzed the Yang Jiapo Town modern fishery development present situation, the superiority. Combined with the diamond model, this paper analyzes the strategy and puts forward the strategic objectives, emphases and measures. This paper holds that the construction of modern fishery industry cluster in Yangjiapo is a trend of fishery economic development and a new shortcut to realize the rapid development of regional economy with advantages of aquaculture resources. This new form of fishery industry organization will show a strong competitive advantage and provide a new model for the development of modern fishery industry in Tianjin Binhai New area.
