【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展，建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)分析及建設(shè)方案研究工作越來越受到企業(yè)的重視。扎實(shí)全面的市場(chǎng)分析有助于企業(yè)做出科學(xué)合理的決策，減少失誤，降低經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。方案設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)項(xiàng)目能否順利進(jìn)行起著重要的作用，方案研究需要依靠市場(chǎng)分析結(jié)果，結(jié)合建設(shè)施工項(xiàng)目實(shí)施地的具體情況進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。 從全國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)和環(huán)渤海、濱海新區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展的形勢(shì)判斷，，今后相當(dāng)長時(shí)間水路交通工程大規(guī)模、持續(xù)性的建設(shè)將會(huì)再創(chuàng)新高，與此配套的港口機(jī)械設(shè)備制造市場(chǎng)會(huì)出現(xiàn)供不應(yīng)求的局面。為了搶占市場(chǎng)、提高市場(chǎng)競爭力，天津港集團(tuán)公司提出建設(shè)重工制造基地的設(shè)想，以滿足實(shí)施天津港產(chǎn)業(yè)擴(kuò)展的戰(zhàn)略需要。 本文運(yùn)用了市場(chǎng)分析和建設(shè)方案研究的一般方法，結(jié)合項(xiàng)目所在地以及企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況，對(duì)即將新建的天津港重工制造基地項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)分析和建設(shè)方案研究進(jìn)行了闡述分析。通過對(duì)該項(xiàng)目建設(shè)必要性、總體規(guī)劃、市場(chǎng)分析、技術(shù)可行性、財(cái)務(wù)可行性等方面進(jìn)行研究，得出了有效的結(jié)論，為企業(yè)做出正確決策提供重要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economic construction, more and more enterprises attach importance to the market analysis and research work of construction projects. Solid and comprehensive market analysis is helpful for enterprises to make scientific and reasonable decisions and reduce mistakes. The project design plays an important role in whether the project can be carried out smoothly. The project research needs to rely on the market analysis result and combine the concrete situation of the construction project implementation to carry on the design. Judging from the situation of the national economic development situation and the rapid development of the regional economy around the Bohai Sea and Binhai New area, the construction of waterway transportation projects on a large scale and sustained construction will again reach a new high for quite a long time to come. In order to seize the market and improve the competitiveness of the market, Tianjin Port Group Company has put forward the idea of building a manufacturing base for heavy industry. In order to meet the implementation of Tianjin Port industry expansion strategic needs. This paper uses the general method of market analysis and construction project research, combining the project location and the actual situation of the enterprise. This paper expounds and analyzes the market analysis and construction scheme of the project of Tianjin Port heavy Industry Manufacturing Base to be built soon. By means of the necessity, overall planning, market analysis and technical feasibility of the project, The financial feasibility is studied, and the effective conclusion is obtained, which provides an important basis for enterprises to make correct decisions.
