【摘要】：CFD控股公司作為CFD區(qū)的投融資平臺(tái)公司，，自2009年成立至今經(jīng)歷了四年的發(fā)展，其業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域不斷拓展，但經(jīng)營(yíng)成果遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)達(dá)不到預(yù)期。隨時(shí)間的推移，各方面都發(fā)生了變化。面對(duì)全球化經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)對(duì)各個(gè)行業(yè)的沖擊，國(guó)內(nèi)各地方政府融資平臺(tái)公司為突破瓶頸舉債融資，規(guī)模迅速膨脹，運(yùn)作不規(guī)范，導(dǎo)致控股公司融資困難，投資受到束縛。如今國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的新老交替，方針政策的重新落實(shí)，省市級(jí)、CFD區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子的換屆對(duì)CFD的重新定位。國(guó)家、省市級(jí)對(duì)CFD一系列的政策支持。在新的形勢(shì)下公司如何發(fā)展有必要重新審視、慎重研究，從而確定公司在新形勢(shì)下的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，促進(jìn)公司快速健康發(fā)展，為股東創(chuàng)造效益，為區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。 本文結(jié)合EMBA所學(xué)，針對(duì)CFD控股公司發(fā)展需求，根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略管理等理論，運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法，以及深度訪談、文獻(xiàn)研究等方法，深入分析了CFD控股公司發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，發(fā)現(xiàn)了制約CFD控股公司發(fā)展的問題所在，并針對(duì)上述問題給出了對(duì)策與具體的實(shí)施保障措施，并給出了策略實(shí)施的保障措施。以及對(duì)CFD控股公司未來發(fā)展給予指導(dǎo)，并對(duì)類似公司的發(fā)展給予借鑒。
[Abstract]:As an investment and financing platform company in CFD District, CFD Holdings Company has experienced four years of development since its establishment in 2009. Its business field has been continuously expanded, but its business results have fallen far short of expectations. All aspects have changed. In the face of the impact of the global economic crisis on various industries, local government financing platform companies in China have raised debt financing to break through the bottleneck, the scale of which has expanded rapidly and the operation is not standardized, which has led to the financing difficulties of the holding companies. Investment is constrained. Now the new and old national leaders, the re-implementation of the principles and policies, the change of provincial and municipal CFD district leadership to the re-positioning of the country, Under the new situation, it is necessary to re-examine the development of the company and carefully study it, so as to determine the development strategy of the company under the new situation, to promote the rapid and healthy development of the company, and to create benefits for the shareholders. To contribute to the economic development of the region. According to the development demand of CFD holding company, according to the theory of strategic management, using the methods of SWOT analysis, in-depth interview and literature research, this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of the development of CFD holding company. This paper finds out the problems that restrict the development of CFD holding company, and puts forward the countermeasures and specific measures to ensure the development of CFD holding company. It also gives the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy, and provides guidance for the future development of CFD holding company. And the development of similar companies to give reference.
