【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、區(qū)域一體化的大背景下,國家之間開展區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作成為主流趨勢。圖們江區(qū)域合作是東北亞地區(qū)最典型、最具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ膮^(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作,是吉林省增進(jìn)對外交流的重要渠道,參與國際合作的重要平臺。吉林省的發(fā)展也間接地促進(jìn)了圖們江區(qū)域合作的順利推進(jìn)。將吉林省的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展同圖們江區(qū)域合作相融合,共同推進(jìn)兩者的前進(jìn)成為重要的研究課題。當(dāng)前對圖們江區(qū)域合作的研究主要以經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、政治學(xué)、管理學(xué)三大學(xué)科為主。研究范圍涉及經(jīng)濟(jì)合作,生態(tài)保護(hù),旅游管理等多個領(lǐng)域。本文運(yùn)用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作理論、能力結(jié)構(gòu)理論從全新角度給出區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作主體能力結(jié)構(gòu)的定義及其內(nèi)涵,明確影響區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。梳理出能力結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、能力結(jié)構(gòu)與合作利益分配的關(guān)系。運(yùn)用資料綜合法,主成分分析法對圖們江區(qū)域合作主體的能力結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行綜合性的評價(jià)。在圖們江區(qū)域合作中考慮美國因素的影響,計(jì)算包括美國在內(nèi)的參與圖們江區(qū)域合作的相關(guān)主體的能力結(jié)構(gòu)指數(shù)。以此來分析影響圖們江區(qū)域合作進(jìn)程的原因,明確吉林省在圖們江區(qū)域合作中的地位。結(jié)合吉林省的省情,從內(nèi)外因兩個視角,為吉林省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提出可行性戰(zhàn)略。內(nèi)因方面即設(shè)法提升吉林省的綜合能力結(jié)構(gòu)水平;外因則是努力搭建多邊交流的平臺,完善交流機(jī)制,抓住“一帶一路”的戰(zhàn)略契機(jī),早日突破圖們江區(qū)域合作的瓶頸。最終,實(shí)現(xiàn)吉林省良性發(fā)展,并將圖們江區(qū)域打造成東北亞新的增長極。
[Abstract]:In the context of economic globalization and regional integration, regional economic cooperation among countries has become a mainstream trend. Tumen River regional cooperation is the most typical and most potential regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia. Jilin Province is an important channel for enhancing foreign exchanges and an important platform for participating in international cooperation. The development of Jilin Province has also indirectly promoted the smooth advancement of regional cooperation in the Tumen River. It has integrated the economic development of Jilin Province with the regional cooperation on the Tumen River. It has become an important research topic to jointly promote the advancement of the two. At present, the research on regional cooperation in the Tumen River is mainly focused on the three major disciplines of economics, political science and management. The scope of research involves economic cooperation and ecological protection. This paper uses the theory of regional economic cooperation and the theory of ability structure to give the definition and connotation of the competence structure of regional economic cooperation subject from a new angle. To clarify the key indicators affecting regional economic cooperation. To sort out the relationship between the structure of ability and economic growth, the structure of ability and the distribution of benefits of cooperation. Principal component Analysis (PCA) is a comprehensive evaluation of the ability structure of the Tumen River regional cooperation subject. In the Tumen River regional cooperation, the influence of American factors is taken into account. Calculate the capability structure index of the relevant actors involved in the Tumen River regional cooperation, including the United States, so as to analyze the reasons that affect the Tumen River regional cooperation process. Make clear the position of Jilin Province in the regional cooperation of Tumen River. Combine the situation of Jilin Province, put forward the feasible strategy for the economic development of Jilin Province from two angles of internal and external reasons. External causes are to strive to build a platform for multilateral exchanges, to perfect the exchange mechanism, to seize the strategic opportunity of "Belt and Road", and to break through the bottleneck of regional cooperation in the Tumen River at an early date. Finally, the sound development of Jilin Province will be realized. And the Tumen River region will become a new growth pole in Northeast Asia.
