【摘要】：改革開放以來，，中國依托大緩和、大發(fā)展的國際政治經(jīng)濟環(huán)境，逐漸取得了自身綜合國力的持續(xù)性快速提升。在這種發(fā)展進程中，區(qū)域合作發(fā)揮了不可替代的重要作用。不過，需要強調(diào)的是，國內(nèi)外學者對改革開放以來中國區(qū)域合作缺少一個完整的、系統(tǒng)的理論研究。面對這種研究弱點，本文期望在對區(qū)域合作一般理論進行抽象總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上，對改革開放以來中國區(qū)域合作的理論淵源、西方理論借鑒以及理論演進過程進行了深入分析和論證，在堅持馬克思主義基本立場的基礎(chǔ)上，充分運用歷史分析法、比較分析法以及案例分析法等多種研究方法，對面向未來的中國區(qū)域合作理論進行了富有前瞻性的思考，主要是對中國區(qū)域合作的指導(dǎo)思想、基本原則、目標體系設(shè)定以及手段選擇等四個方面進行了全面、深刻剖析，希望能夠?qū)ξ磥硪欢螘r間內(nèi)的中國區(qū)域合作理論和實踐發(fā)展有所幫助。 本文圍繞著引言和五章正文展開分析： 引言，是論文的導(dǎo)入部分，主要闡述研究問題的提出、理論和現(xiàn)實意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路、研究框架、研究方法以及創(chuàng)新之處等多方面，對論文整體進行一個總體概述。 第一章，著重對區(qū)域合作的一般理論進行分析，主要對區(qū)域合作的理論起點、衍生概念、影響要素以及主要內(nèi)容等四個方面進行系統(tǒng)分析。其中，區(qū)域合作的理論起點是區(qū)域、合作以及區(qū)域合作，區(qū)域合作的衍生概念包括區(qū)域化、區(qū)域性、區(qū)域主義、區(qū)域間主義，區(qū)域合作的影響要素主要包括全球化、國際體系、國內(nèi)政治、文化因素、國家利益、重大事件以及生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展水平，區(qū)域合作的基本內(nèi)容主要分為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作、區(qū)域政治合作、區(qū)域安全合作以及區(qū)域文化合作。 第二章，主要從馬克思主義基本理論角度，對改革開放以來中國區(qū)域合作的理論淵源進行分析，主要對馬克思的世界交往理論、列寧的世界歷史理論以及以毛澤東為核心的第一代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體關(guān)于區(qū)域合作的主要觀點進行系統(tǒng)梳理，并總結(jié)出它們對改革開放以來中國區(qū)域合作的基本啟示。 第三章，對西方國際社會上那些相對成熟的、具有很強認可度和現(xiàn)實執(zhí)行力的區(qū)域合作理論進行系統(tǒng)總結(jié)，并對那些能夠?qū)χ袊鴧^(qū)域合作理論產(chǎn)生借鑒意義的一些理論進行歸納，主要包括歐洲視角下的區(qū)域合作理論和美國視角下的區(qū)域合作理論兩個部分。 第四章，從歷史角度對改革開放以來的中國區(qū)域合作的理論演進過程進行梳理。以鄧小平為核心的第二代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體有關(guān)區(qū)域合作理論的主要觀點為改革開放30多年來的中國區(qū)域合作總體理論與實踐提供了理論指導(dǎo)，而以江澤民為核心的第三代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體是對以鄧小平為核心的第二代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體有關(guān)區(qū)域合作理論的豐富和發(fā)展，以胡錦濤為總書記的中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的區(qū)域合作理論則是對前二者的進一步完善，三者之間環(huán)環(huán)相扣，構(gòu)成一個相對完整的、全面的中國區(qū)域合作理論體系。 第五章，運用馬克思主義觀點、立場和方法，對面向未來的中國區(qū)域合作理論體系進行前瞻性思考，主要包括中國區(qū)域合作的指導(dǎo)思想、基本原則、目標設(shè)定以及手段選擇四個方面，希望建構(gòu)一個符合中國自身發(fā)展實際的、能夠指導(dǎo)中國未來區(qū)域合作實踐的區(qū)域合作理論體系。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China relying on the great moderation, the international political and economic environment of development, gradually achieved sustained rapid promotion of its comprehensive national strength. In this development process, regional cooperation has played an irreplaceable important role. However, it needs to be emphasized is that since the domestic and foreign scholars on the reform and opening up Chinese lack of regional cooperation a complete and systematic theoretical research. In this study the expected weakness, based on regional cooperation in the abstract summary of the general theory, the theoretical origin of Chinese regional cooperation since the reform and opening up, the western theory and theory of evolution are analyzed and demonstrated, on the basis of adhering to the basic position of the Marx doctrine and make full use of historical analysis, comparative analysis of various research methods and case analysis, carried out across the rich to Chinese future regional cooperation theory A forward-looking thinking, mainly is the guiding ideology, the basic principles of China regional cooperation, the four aspects of goal setting and system means such as a comprehensive, profound analysis, hope for a period of time in the future Chinese regional cooperation theory and practice help.
This paper focuses on the introduction and five chapters of the main body of analysis.
The introduction is the introduction part of the paper. It mainly expounds the research questions, the theoretical and practical significance, the research situation at home and abroad, the research train of thought, the research framework, the research methods and the innovation, etc., and makes a general overview of the whole thesis.
The first chapter focuses on the general theory of regional cooperation is analyzed, mainly on the regional cooperation theory starting point, derivative concepts, four aspects of influencing factors and main contents of system analysis. Among them, the theory of regional cooperation is the starting point of regional cooperation, regional cooperation and regional cooperation, the derivative concepts including regional, regional and regionalism, regional protectionism, factors affecting regional cooperation include globalization, international system, domestic political, cultural factors, national interests, major events and the development level of productivity, the basic content of regional cooperation is divided into regional economic cooperation, regional political cooperation, regional security cooperation and regional cultural cooperation.
The second chapter, mainly from the perspective of the basic theory of the Marx doctrine, the theory origin of the Chinese regional cooperation since the reform and opening up are analyzed, mainly on Marx's communication theory, summarizes main points of Lenin's theory of world history, with Mao Zedong as the core of the first generation of Central collective leadership in regional cooperation, and summed up the basic enlightenment Chinese regional cooperation since the reform and opening up their.
The third chapter of the western international society who are relatively mature, with strong practical recognition and execution of the regional cooperation theory were summarized, and some of those who can reference to China regional cooperation theory are summarized, including the European Regional Cooperation under the angle of view of theory and from the perspective of regional America the theory of cooperation in two parts.
The fourth chapter reviews from the theory of evolution China regional cooperation since the reform and opening up the historical perspective. Provides a theoretical guidance for main ideas with Deng Xiaoping as the core of the second generation of central collective leadership of the regional cooperation theory for the 30 years of reform and opening up the overall China regional cooperation theory and practice, the third generation of central collective leadership to Jiang Zemin as the core is the enrichment and development of Deng Xiaoping at the core of the second generation of central collective leadership of the regional cooperation theory, with Hu Jintao as the general secretary of the central collective leadership of the regional cooperation theory is on the first two to further improve the interlocking between the three, constitute a relatively complete, China regional cooperation theory a comprehensive system.
The fifth chapter, according to the Marx's viewpoint, standpoint and method, opposite to China regional cooperation theory system in the future are forward-looking thinking, mainly including the guiding ideology, the basic principles of regional cooperation Chinese, objectives and means of four aspects, want to build a line with their actual development can Chinese, regional cooperation theory guidance system Chinese future regional cooperation practice.
