【摘要】：本項(xiàng)目是云南省的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,本人有幸掌握了大量一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)。本文主要圍繞QS鋼材流通基地建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,首先,對(duì)流通基地項(xiàng)目的概念和項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)價(jià)理論進(jìn)行了闡述,為本研究選題找到理論依據(jù)和支撐。其次,以QS鋼材流通基地項(xiàng)目為案例分析對(duì)象,對(duì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)價(jià)涉及的效益指標(biāo)和評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)而全面的測(cè)算,為QS鋼材流通基地項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)價(jià)提供了較為詳細(xì)的數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ),以此為支持,進(jìn)而對(duì)QS鋼材流通基地項(xiàng)目的盈利能力、償債能力、盈虧平衡點(diǎn)、敏感性和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)抵抗能力等經(jīng)濟(jì)效益進(jìn)行了全面評(píng)價(jià)和判斷。通過對(duì)QS鋼材流通基地建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析與評(píng)價(jià),本文認(rèn)為項(xiàng)目具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)良好,項(xiàng)目盈利能力較強(qiáng),具有充分的償債能力和保障,在運(yùn)營(yíng)期的財(cái)務(wù)的生存能力較強(qiáng),可以很好地保障項(xiàng)目可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,項(xiàng)目從技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)角度,完全具備可行性,應(yīng)大力推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)盡快落地實(shí)施;其次,項(xiàng)目的投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較低,處于可控范圍內(nèi),項(xiàng)目依托巨大的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì),項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)腹地廣闊,需求總量大,能夠很好滿足項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)定位和業(yè)務(wù)定位,項(xiàng)目的投資回收期較短,可以較快地回收投資成本,可以顯著地降投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn);項(xiàng)目的盈虧平衡點(diǎn)比較低,項(xiàng)目的盈利空間較大,極大地降低項(xiàng)目在運(yùn)營(yíng)期發(fā)生虧損的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),項(xiàng)目對(duì)各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了有效識(shí)別,切實(shí)采取了較為全面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范和控制措施,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控手段得當(dāng),能夠較好地對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)加以規(guī)避和分散,助推項(xiàng)目平穩(wěn)健康開展經(jīng)營(yíng);最后,項(xiàng)目與產(chǎn)業(yè)政策具有較高的契合度。
[Abstract]:This project is a construction project in Yunnan Province, I have been lucky to master a large number of primary data. This paper mainly revolves around the QS steel circulation base construction project, first of all, the concept of circulation base project and the evaluation theory of project economic benefit are expounded. Secondly, take the QS steel circulation base project as the case analysis object, has carried on the systematic and comprehensive measurement to the benefit index and the appraisal index of the project economic benefit evaluation. It provides a more detailed data basis for the economic benefit evaluation of QS steel circulation base project, which can be used as the support to the profit ability, debt repayment ability and breakeven point of QS steel circulation base project. The economic benefits, such as sensitivity and risk resistance, are comprehensively evaluated and judged. By analyzing and evaluating the economic benefits of the QS steel circulation base construction project, this paper considers that the project has good economic benefit and good economic evaluation index. The project has strong profitability, sufficient solvency and security, strong financial viability during the operation period, which can ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the project, and the project is feasible from the point of view of technology and economy. Second, the investment risk and operation risk of the project are relatively low, the project is within the scope of control, the project relies on a huge regional economy, the market hinterland of the project is vast, and the total demand is large. It can well meet the market and business positioning of the project, the investment payback period of the project is relatively short, the investment cost can be recovered quickly, the investment risk can be significantly reduced, the profit and loss breakeven point of the project is relatively low, and the profit space of the project is large. It greatly reduces the risk of loss in the operation period of the project. The project has effectively identified various risks, effectively adopted more comprehensive risk prevention and control measures, and adopted proper means of risk prevention and control. It can avoid and disperse the risk and promote the smooth and healthy operation of the project. Finally, the project and industrial policy have a high degree of agreement.
