【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,同時(shí)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)也迎來(lái)了快速增長(zhǎng),我國(guó)港口的建設(shè)發(fā)展也取得了巨大的成就。港口獨(dú)特的地緣優(yōu)勢(shì)和高度的樞紐性造就了臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)生,而依托港口而發(fā)展起來(lái)的臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)起到了引領(lǐng)、帶動(dòng)的作用,同時(shí)也給了港口進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的有力支持和保障。 港產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚是指臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)的空間集中,并最終呈現(xiàn)出產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的諸多特征。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化推動(dòng)下,臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚化趨勢(shì)越來(lái)越明顯,對(duì)區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的積極影響日益顯著。臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)集群具有高度開(kāi)放的特征,其集聚機(jī)制與一般集群不同,是全球要素流動(dòng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移并集聚的結(jié)果。對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家和轉(zhuǎn)軌經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)家來(lái)說(shuō),臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的過(guò)程往往又是制度創(chuàng)新的過(guò)程。因此,研究臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚機(jī)制具有十分重要的意義。 本文將產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論運(yùn)用于臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的研究中,采用理論研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,首先論文對(duì)臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)、臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚、臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)全面的研究；然后介紹了臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)所產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)效應(yīng)、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。最后,論文以天津港作為實(shí)例進(jìn)行分析,除了縱向比較了天津港近幾年產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,還橫向比較了天津港與山東、遼寧、河北的臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,試圖從產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚程度與港口發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系,分析和明確臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的影響作用,港口城市臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚效應(yīng),提出臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)應(yīng)策略。 論文最后提供了對(duì)于臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析的例子和思路。通過(guò)建立有關(guān)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用一般產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的分析模型,進(jìn)行了臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和其效應(yīng)的有關(guān)分析。
[Abstract]:Along with the economic globalization, the economy of our country has also ushered in the rapid growth, and the construction and development of our ports have also made great achievements. The port industry, which depends on the port, plays a leading and driving role in the regional economy, and it also provides support and guarantee for the further development of the port. The industrial agglomeration of Hong Kong refers to the spatial concentration of the industry near the port, and finally presents many characteristics of the industrial cluster. Under the impetus of economic globalization, the trend of agglomeration of the industry near the port is becoming more and more obvious. The agglomeration mechanism of industrial cluster is different from that of general cluster, and it is the flow of global factors. For developing countries and transition economy countries, the process of industrial agglomeration near port is often the process of institutional innovation. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the agglomeration mechanism of industrial agglomeration near port. In this paper, the theory of industrial cluster is applied to the study of industrial agglomeration near port, and the method of combining theoretical research with empirical research is adopted. The industrial agglomeration effect of port is studied systematically, and then the social effect and economic benefit of industrial agglomeration effect are introduced. Finally, the paper takes Tianjin Port as an example to analyze the effect of industrial agglomeration. In addition to the longitudinal comparison of the industrial development of Tianjin Port in recent years, it also compares the industrial development of Tianjin Port with that of Shandong, Liaoning, and Hebei provinces horizontally, trying to analyze the relationship between the degree of industrial agglomeration and port development. This paper analyzes and clarifies the effect of industrial agglomeration and the agglomeration effect of port city, and puts forward the corresponding strategies for the development of port industry. Finally, the paper provides some examples and ideas for the empirical analysis of the industry near port. By establishing the relevant evaluation index system and using the analysis model of general industrial agglomeration, the paper analyzes the industrial agglomeration near port and its effect.
