【摘要】：公共交通建設(shè)投資的經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)可能隨著經(jīng)濟社會環(huán)境的變化而改變,文章選取2006-2015年江西省11個地級市面板數(shù)據(jù),對空間模型SDM、SAR和SEM進行模型選擇,分析了公共交通建設(shè)投資對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響。實證結(jié)果表明:江西省地區(qū)間人均生產(chǎn)總值存在空間負相關(guān)性,人均公共交通資本存量在2010年以前呈現(xiàn)空間正相關(guān),而2010年后呈現(xiàn)空間負相關(guān);江西省地區(qū)公共交通建設(shè)投資對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展存在顯著的正影響,但在2006-2009年有正空間外部性,在2010-2015年有負空間外部性;不同交通行業(yè)投資對當?shù)亟?jīng)濟發(fā)展均有正影響,其中公路投資的影響程度最大,并且不同時期不同交通行業(yè)投資的外部經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)有較大差異。
[Abstract]:The economic effect of public transport construction investment may change with the change of economic and social environment. This paper selects the panel data of 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province from 2006 to 2015 to select the spatial model SDMSAR and SEM. This paper analyzes the impact of public transport investment on regional economic development. The empirical results show that there is a negative spatial correlation between the per capita GDP in Jiangxi Province, and the per capita public transport capital stock shows a positive spatial correlation before 2010. After 2010, there was a negative correlation between public transport investment and regional economic development in Jiangxi Province, but there was a positive spatial externality in 2006-2009 and a negative spatial externality in 2010-2015. Investment in different transportation industries has a positive impact on local economic development, in which the impact of highway investment is the greatest, and the external economic effects of investment in different transport industries vary greatly in different periods.
