【摘要】:改革開放以來,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群作為一種新興的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式,在我國不少地區(qū)取得了快速發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的核心競爭力。不少學(xué)者對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行了深入研究,形成了較為系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論。前期研究更多從宏觀上關(guān)注產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的形成機(jī)制、競爭優(yōu)勢、演進(jìn)路徑等,而現(xiàn)在更多關(guān)注的是產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)部企業(yè)間的異質(zhì)性,尤其是主導(dǎo)企業(yè)的角色與作用成為新的研究熱點(diǎn)。在產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi),主導(dǎo)企業(yè)作為發(fā)展較快、綜合實(shí)力較強(qiáng)的一類企業(yè),對整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展起到引領(lǐng)示范作用,能夠引進(jìn)集群外部知識并通過在集群內(nèi)部的知識擴(kuò)散帶動(dòng)其他企業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,從知識轉(zhuǎn)移視角來認(rèn)識主導(dǎo)企業(yè)的作用具有十分鮮明的意義。 本文采用理論研究與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法,研究產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)主導(dǎo)企業(yè)向中小企業(yè)知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果的影響因素,總結(jié)知識轉(zhuǎn)移機(jī)制。本文首先系統(tǒng)回顧產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的相關(guān)理論,梳理關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)主導(dǎo)企業(yè)的研究進(jìn)展,為后續(xù)研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ);在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出研究假設(shè),構(gòu)建研究模型,并深入海寧、常熟兩地的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,對中小企業(yè)進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,對政府相關(guān)部門、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、典型企業(yè)進(jìn)行深入訪談,獲取研究所需數(shù)據(jù)和資料;最后利用實(shí)證研究方法對模型和假設(shè)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),得出研究結(jié)論。 本文研究表明,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中主導(dǎo)企業(yè)向中小企業(yè)知識轉(zhuǎn)移的影響因素包括二者之間的認(rèn)知臨近性、網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系、競爭關(guān)系以及中小企業(yè)知識吸收能力,這四個(gè)方面均會(huì)對知識轉(zhuǎn)移產(chǎn)生影響,但影響程度有所不同。中小企業(yè)與主導(dǎo)企業(yè)的認(rèn)知臨近性對知識轉(zhuǎn)移頻率以及被轉(zhuǎn)移知識價(jià)值產(chǎn)生正向影響,但是對被轉(zhuǎn)移知識在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營上的促進(jìn)作用無顯著影響;中小企業(yè)與主導(dǎo)企業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系對知識轉(zhuǎn)移頻率、被轉(zhuǎn)移知識價(jià)值以及被轉(zhuǎn)移知識在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營上的促進(jìn)作用均產(chǎn)生正向影響;中小企業(yè)與主導(dǎo)企業(yè)的競爭關(guān)系對知識轉(zhuǎn)移頻率、被轉(zhuǎn)移知識價(jià)值以及被轉(zhuǎn)移知識在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營上的促進(jìn)作用均產(chǎn)生負(fù)向影響;中小企業(yè)的知識吸收能力對被轉(zhuǎn)移知識在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營上的促進(jìn)作用產(chǎn)生正向影響,但是對知識轉(zhuǎn)移頻率、被轉(zhuǎn)移知識價(jià)值沒有顯著影響。因此可以看出,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)主導(dǎo)企業(yè)向中小企業(yè)知識轉(zhuǎn)移作為帶動(dòng)中小企業(yè)以及產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的重要方式,受到多個(gè)因素的促進(jìn)或制約,這些因素之間的力量博弈決定了知識轉(zhuǎn)移的最終效果。本文最后對促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)主導(dǎo)企業(yè)向中小企業(yè)知識轉(zhuǎn)移提出了針對性的建議,以期更好地發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)企業(yè)的帶動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, industrial cluster, as a new economic development model, has made rapid development in many regions of China and has become the core competitiveness of regional economic development. The previous studies focused more on the formation mechanism, competitive advantage, evolution path of industrial clusters, and now more attention is paid to the heterogeneity of enterprises within industrial clusters. In particular, the role and role of leading enterprises has become a new research hotspot. In industrial clusters, leading enterprises, as a class of enterprises with rapid development and strong comprehensive strength, play a leading role in the development of the entire industrial cluster. It is of great significance to understand the role of leading enterprises from the perspective of knowledge transfer, which can introduce the external knowledge of the cluster and promote the development of other enterprises through the diffusion of knowledge within the cluster. This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research and empirical analysis to study the factors influencing the effect of knowledge transfer from leading enterprises to small and medium-sized enterprises in industrial clusters, and summarizes the mechanism of knowledge transfer. Firstly, this paper systematically reviews the relevant theories of industrial clusters. Combing the research progress of leading enterprises in industrial clusters, laying a theoretical foundation for further research; on this basis, putting forward research hypotheses, constructing research models, and going deep into industrial clusters in Haining and Changshu. Questionnaire survey on small and medium-sized enterprises, the relevant government departments, industry associations, typical enterprises in-depth interviews, to obtain the necessary data and materials; finally, empirical research method to test the model and hypothesis, draw the conclusion of the study. This paper shows that the factors influencing the knowledge transfer from leading firms to SMEs in industrial clusters include the cognitive proximity, the network relationship, the competitive relationship and the knowledge absorption ability of SMEs. These four aspects will have an impact on knowledge transfer, but the degree of influence is different. The cognitive proximity of SMEs and leading enterprises has a positive impact on the frequency of knowledge transfer and the value of transferred knowledge. However, it has no significant effect on the promotion of transferred knowledge in production and management. The network relationship between SMEs and leading enterprises has no significant effect on the frequency of knowledge transfer. The value of transferred knowledge and the promoting effect of transferred knowledge on production and management have a positive impact on the frequency of knowledge transfer. The value of transferred knowledge and the promotive effect of transferred knowledge on production and management have a negative impact, and the knowledge absorption ability of small and medium-sized enterprises has a positive impact on the promotion of transferred knowledge in production and management. However, there is no significant effect on the frequency of knowledge transfer and the value of knowledge transferred. Therefore, it can be seen that the knowledge transfer from leading enterprises in industrial clusters to small and medium-sized enterprises is an important way to promote the development of SMEs and industrial clusters. Promoted or restricted by many factors, the power game between these factors determines the final effect of knowledge transfer. Finally, this paper puts forward some specific suggestions to promote the transfer of knowledge from leading enterprises in industrial clusters to small and medium-sized enterprises. With a view to better play the leading role of enterprises.
