110kV湖潤變電站注入式混合型有源濾波器的研制

【摘要】:本文以 35kV混合型有源電力濾波器關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及工程應(yīng)用‖項(xiàng)目為背景,針對我國在中高壓配電網(wǎng)的動(dòng)態(tài)諧波抑制技術(shù)的不足和無功功率補(bǔ)償技術(shù)水平有待提高的現(xiàn)狀,研制了適用于110kV湖潤變電站35kV母線負(fù)荷特性的注入式混合型有源電力濾波器(Hybrid Active Power Filter with Injection Circuit:HAPFIC)。 論文對110kV湖潤變電站近5年來的諧波污染情況、無功補(bǔ)償情況、功率因素、電壓水平以及故障發(fā)生情況等多方面進(jìn)行了分析,提出了在變電站35kV母線處對無功和諧波進(jìn)行集中治理的補(bǔ)償方案。 介紹了HAPFIC的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),建立其諧波域等效電路,從理論上分析了其濾波原理,提出了利用諧波有功功率來穩(wěn)定直流側(cè)電壓的方法;提出了諧波電壓矢量定向的相位獲取法和以電壓平方為控制量的直流側(cè)電壓的快速跟蹤控制方法;推導(dǎo)了電流內(nèi)環(huán)的無差拍跟蹤控制策略,建立了HAPFIC整體控制策略框圖,并通過與傳統(tǒng)PI控制方法對比仿真,驗(yàn)證了本文所提控制策略的正確性和有效性。 提出了35kV注入式混合型有源電力濾波器成套裝置的RTDS閉環(huán)仿真試驗(yàn)技術(shù),開展了裝置的控制與保護(hù)單元在正常運(yùn)行工況、檢修工況、故障工況等不同運(yùn)行條件下的RTDS實(shí)物閉環(huán)仿真試驗(yàn)。提出了HAPFIC裝置控制與保護(hù)單元的RTDS閉環(huán)仿真試驗(yàn)整體方案,搭建了RTDS閉環(huán)試驗(yàn)?zāi)P,并對模型進(jìn)行了基波潮流驗(yàn)證。提出了在10kHz高頻脈沖模式下,RTDS虛擬IGBT開關(guān)器件與控制單元接口電路的交互響應(yīng)策略和IGBT觸發(fā)脈沖信號重組并構(gòu)成控制字的技術(shù)。驗(yàn)證了HAPFIC裝置的諧波治理效果和無功補(bǔ)償效果,控制與保護(hù)單元的動(dòng)態(tài)性能,為裝置的設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)試、現(xiàn)場投運(yùn)等工作提供了有力的依據(jù)。 在HAPFIC系統(tǒng)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,研制出35kV注入式混合型有源電力濾波器成套裝置,,并在110kV湖潤變電站進(jìn)行了試點(diǎn)應(yīng)用。裝置現(xiàn)場投運(yùn)結(jié)果表明,投運(yùn)后35kV公用電網(wǎng)連接點(diǎn)的功率因數(shù)明顯提高,諧波電流和諧波電壓從嚴(yán)重超標(biāo)降低到遠(yuǎn)低于國標(biāo)限值,困擾變電站多年的諧波和無功問題得到了根治,站內(nèi)設(shè)備的無功和諧波損耗顯著降低,產(chǎn)生了顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益。 實(shí)踐證明,本文研制的HAPFIC裝置能滿足高壓配電網(wǎng)無功功率補(bǔ)償和諧波電流抑制的要求,證實(shí)了文中提出的直流側(cè)電壓快速跟蹤控制方法和電流內(nèi)環(huán)無差拍跟蹤控制策略的正確性、有效性和可行性。不僅為變電站的優(yōu)質(zhì)供電、節(jié)能降耗、降低設(shè)備事故率做出了突出貢獻(xiàn),同時(shí)給變電站所在供電區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來了深遠(yuǎn)的有利影響。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the key technology of 35kV hybrid active power filter and the project of engineering application, aiming at the deficiency of dynamic harmonic suppression technology and the technical level of reactive power compensation in the medium and high voltage distribution network in China, the technical level of reactive power compensation needs to be improved. A hybrid Active Power Filter with Injection circuit: hybrid Active Power Filter with Injection circuit for 35kV bus load characteristics in 110 kV Hurun substation has been developed. In this paper, the harmonic pollution, reactive power compensation, power factor, voltage level and fault occurrence of 110kV Hulun substation in recent 5 years are analyzed. The compensation scheme for reactive power and harmonics at 35 kV bus in substation is put forward. The topological structure of HAPFIC is introduced, the equivalent circuit in harmonic domain is established, the filtering principle is analyzed theoretically, and the method of stabilizing DC side voltage by using active harmonic power is put forward. The phase acquisition method of harmonic voltage vector orientation and the fast tracking control method of DC side voltage with voltage squared as control quantity are proposed, the beat free tracking control strategy of current inner loop is deduced, and the block diagram of HAPFIC control strategy is established. The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy are verified by comparing with the traditional Pi control method. The RTDS closed-loop simulation test technology of 35kV injection hybrid active power filter is presented. The control and protection unit of the device is carried out under normal operation condition and maintenance condition. This paper presents the overall scheme of RTDS closed-loop simulation test of HAPFIC device control and protection unit, and builds the RTDS closed-loop test model. The model is verified by fundamental power flow, and the interactive response strategy of RTDS virtual IGBT switch and control unit interface circuit under 10kHz high frequency pulse mode is put forward, and the technology of IGBT trigger pulse signal recombination and construction of control word is presented. The harmonic control effect and reactive power compensation effect of HAPFIC device are verified. The dynamic performance of the control and protection unit provides a powerful basis for the design, debugging and field operation of the device. Based on the theoretical study of HAPFIC system, a 35kV injection hybrid active power filter is developed and applied in 110kV Hulun substation. After being put into operation, the power factor of the connection point of 35kV public power network has been obviously increased, the harmonic current and harmonic voltage have been reduced from serious overstandard to far below the national standard limit, and the harmonic and reactive power problems that haunt the substation for many years have been completely cured. The reactive power and harmonic loss of the equipment in the station are reduced significantly, and the economic and social benefits are remarkable. The practice shows that the HAPFIC device developed in this paper can meet the requirements of reactive power compensation and harmonic current suppression in high voltage distribution network. The correctness, validity and feasibility of the proposed DC side voltage fast tracking control method and current inner loop deadbeat tracking control strategy are verified, which not only provide high quality power supply for substation, but also save energy and reduce consumption. Reducing the accident rate of equipment has made a great contribution to the economic development of the power supply area in which the substation is located.
