【摘要】：正2015年是"十三五"規(guī)劃的啟動之年,國家將推出"中國制造2025"戰(zhàn)略。杭州作為"國家先進(jìn)制造業(yè)基地",同時(shí)也是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)版圖中"走在前列"的城市之一,如何擴(kuò)大工業(yè)有效投資、促進(jìn)工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級直接關(guān)系到經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展?jié)撃芎秃髣?是一個(gè)急待破解的重大問題。過去,杭州憑借環(huán)境、文化、人才及"服務(wù)業(yè)優(yōu)先發(fā)展"等政策構(gòu)成的綜合優(yōu)勢,實(shí)現(xiàn)了城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展。但是也存在"過早去工業(yè)化"的問題,從而致使部分工業(yè)企業(yè)外遷,
[Abstract]:On 2015, when the 13th Five-Year Plan was launched, the state will launch the "made in China 2025" strategy. Hangzhou, as the "national advanced manufacturing base," is also one of the "leading cities" in the regional economic map. How to expand effective investment in industry and promote industrial transformation and upgrading is a major problem that needs to be solved urgently, which is directly related to the potential and stamina of economic development. In the past, Hangzhou depended on its environment and culture. The comprehensive advantages of talents and policies such as "priority development of service industry" have realized the rapid development of urban economy. However, there is also the problem of "premature deindustrialization", which has led to the emigration of some industrial enterprises.
