【摘要】：自2010年美國(guó)推動(dòng)TPP正式談判啟動(dòng)后,亞太地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程出現(xiàn)新的格局,主要表現(xiàn)為TPP與RCEP的雙軌競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、小型FTA數(shù)量進(jìn)一步的增加以及FTAAP由虛擬構(gòu)想到實(shí)際行動(dòng)的演變。雖然TPP和RCEP的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有利于亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)整合,但是就根本上解除"意大利面條碗"效應(yīng)以及整體提高亞太地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)福利而言,FTAAP無疑是更好的途徑。中國(guó)作為亞太地區(qū)的大國(guó),有責(zé)任為推動(dòng)FTAAP的建立做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。結(jié)合亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的形勢(shì),中國(guó)應(yīng)該積極應(yīng)對(duì),具體包括推動(dòng)RCEP談判成功,確保"一帶一路"項(xiàng)目發(fā)揮真正效用,推動(dòng)中美經(jīng)濟(jì)合作,以及完善國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)。
[Abstract]:Since 2010, when the United States launched the formal negotiations on TPP, a new pattern has emerged in the process of economic integration in the Asia-Pacific region, mainly manifested in the two-track competition between TPP and RCEP. The further increase in the number of small FTA and the evolution of FTAAP from virtual conception to practical action, although the high standards of TPP and RCEP are conducive to economic integration in Asia and the Pacific. But FTAAP is a better way to fundamentally remove the "spaghetti bowl" effect and improve overall economic welfare in the Asia-Pacific region, where China is a big power. China has the responsibility to make due contribution to the establishment of FTAAP. In the light of the situation of economic integration in the Asia-Pacific region, China should actively deal with the situation, including promoting the success of the RCEP negotiations. To ensure that the Belt and Road project is truly effective in promoting Sino-American economic cooperation and improving the domestic market.
