【摘要】：主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)是一個區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長與發(fā)展的主要動力來源,是推動區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演化的主角。選擇和培育符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)對于推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟、社會、自然和諧發(fā)展有著重要的意義和不可替代的作用。 本文從主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐洪雅縣域經(jīng)濟的背景下入手,就洪雅縣經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型期如何選擇主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),如何讓主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)拉動相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,促進經(jīng)濟、維護生態(tài)和諧和社會安定是本論文撰寫的核心內(nèi)容和主要目的。本論文從主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇和確定的原則、基準以及方法三個方面,依據(jù)洪雅縣產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,用SWOT分析法和區(qū)位熵分析來對洪雅縣的產(chǎn)業(yè)進行評價分析和選擇,最終確定主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。 主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的形成和發(fā)展不能僅僅依靠市場機制的作用,還需要政府制定各種合理有效的政策來推動。由此,本文從構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)政策環(huán)境、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展體制,改善產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、制定主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等方面提出了相應(yīng)的措施。 最后,本文以洪雅縣為實證對象,在可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)理念下,用洪雅縣產(chǎn)業(yè)SWOT分析模型和區(qū)位熵分析,得出了洪雅縣主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇方案。
[Abstract]:Leading industry is the main source of driving force for regional economic growth and development and the main role in promoting the evolution of regional industrial structure. The selection and cultivation of leading industries in line with the concept of sustainable development will promote regional economy and society. The harmonious development of nature plays an important and irreplaceable role. Under the background of leading industry supporting Hongya county economy, this paper discusses how to choose leading industry, how to let leading industry pull the development of related industry and how to promote economy. Maintenance of ecological harmony and social stability is the core content and main purpose of this paper. This paper is based on Hongya County industrial status from three aspects: the selection and determination of leading industry principles, benchmarks and methods. SWOT analysis and location entropy analysis are used to evaluate and select the industry of Hongya County, and finally to determine the leading industry. The formation and development of leading industries can not only rely on the role of market mechanism, but also need the government to formulate various reasonable and effective policies to promote. Improvement of industrial policy, formulation of leading industry development strategy and other aspects of the corresponding measures. Finally, this paper takes Hongya County as the empirical object, under the guidance of sustainable development, using Hongya County industry SWOT analysis model and location entropy analysis, obtained Hongya County leading industry selection scheme.
