【摘要】：在京津冀高等教育協(xié)同發(fā)展中,區(qū)域內(nèi)優(yōu)質(zhì)高等教育資源差距懸殊,經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展對高等教育的支撐程度存在較大梯級差。目前制約京津冀高等教育協(xié)同發(fā)展的問題主要是:各自為政,缺乏系統(tǒng)性協(xié)同機(jī)制;本位主義、行政壁壘的阻礙;區(qū)域高校與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的契合度較低。因此,推動京津冀高等教育協(xié)同發(fā)展,需要建立區(qū)域高等教育發(fā)展的官方協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制;以合作共建模式推動高等教育的實(shí)質(zhì)性發(fā)展;進(jìn)一步深化院校聯(lián)盟建設(shè);強(qiáng)化高等教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)同性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei higher education, there is a wide gap in the resources of high-quality higher education in the region. The degree of economic and social development to higher education is relatively poor. At present, the problems that restrict the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei higher education are as follows: separate administration and lack of systematic coordination mechanism; Localization, the obstruction of administrative barrier; Therefore, to promote the coordinated development of higher education in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, it is necessary to establish an official coordination mechanism for the development of regional higher education. To promote the substantive development of higher education by the mode of cooperation and co-construction; Further deepening the construction of college alliance; Strengthen the coordinated development of higher education and regional economy.
