【摘要】：河南地處中原腹地,古為華夏文明發(fā)祥昌盛之地,今為國家重點開發(fā)的經濟區(qū)域,中原經濟區(qū)建設的形成和發(fā)展對推動中國中部經濟增加了助推力。中原經濟區(qū)建設以河南為主體、延及周邊的中原經濟區(qū),是實施國家促進中部地區(qū)崛起戰(zhàn)略的重中之重。中原經濟區(qū)建設為豫臺合作提供了更廣闊的空間,加快發(fā)展豫臺經貿關系,是順應國際潮流和兩岸區(qū)域經濟合作的必然趨勢。同時也是進一步發(fā)揮豫臺兩地經濟互補優(yōu)勢的必然之路,無論是對河南,還是對臺灣都是一個重大機遇,是建設中原經濟區(qū),促進河南經濟發(fā)展的有效途徑。促進豫臺經貿發(fā)展,服務豫臺經濟,成為打造河南實現(xiàn)開放性經濟發(fā)展的重要組成部分。 全球經濟一體化和區(qū)域經濟合作理論奠定了豫臺經貿合作的基礎,對兩地的經濟合作,共贏發(fā)展有很強的啟發(fā)性。從而以豫臺經貿關系發(fā)展及現(xiàn)狀為基礎,結合中原經濟區(qū)建設背景,對豫臺經貿交流的機遇、挑戰(zhàn)及兩地經貿發(fā)展對策方面進行論述。著重在對策研究上如：豫臺兩地建立區(qū)域合作機制,完善臺資產業(yè)園區(qū)建設,改善投資環(huán)境、提升人文素質及豐富尋根文化活動,增強情感粘度等方面進行闡述。隨著河南經濟開放度逐步增加和積極利用外資的力度不斷增強,兩地經貿發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)良好的發(fā)展趨勢,河南的地區(qū)優(yōu)勢日益凸顯,成為承接產業(yè)轉移和臺資投資的理想場所。豫臺經貿發(fā)展作為兩岸經貿發(fā)展的重要組成部分,應該積極引導、科學規(guī)劃兩地經貿發(fā)展交流,不僅促進了臺灣民眾與大陸的利益聯(lián)系,對兩岸關系產生積極影響,而且將進一步增強兩岸同胞的認同感和祖國統(tǒng)一的使命感。
[Abstract]:Henan is located in the hinterland of the Central Plains, ancient China for the prosperity of civilization, the country is now the focus of development of the economic region. The formation and development of the Central Plains Economic Zone has increased the impetus to promote the central Chinese economy. The Central Plains Economic Zone construction takes Henan as the main body and extends to the surrounding Central Plains Economic Zone. The construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone provides a broader space for cooperation between Henan and Taiwan and speeds up the development of economic and trade relations between Henan and Taiwan. It is an inevitable trend to conform to the international trend and the regional economic cooperation between the two sides of the strait.It is also an inevitable way to further develop the complementary advantages of the economies of Henan and Taiwan, and is a major opportunity for both Henan and Taiwan. It is an effective way to construct the economic zone of Central Plains and promote the economic development of Henan Province, promote the development of economy and trade between Henan and Taiwan, and serve the economy of Henan and become an important part of building Henan to realize the development of open economy. The theory of global economic integration and regional economic cooperation has laid the foundation of economic and trade cooperation between Henan and Taiwan. It is very enlightening to the win-win development of economic cooperation between Henan and Taiwan, which is based on the development and status quo of economic and trade relations between Henan and Taiwan. Combined with the construction background of Central Plains Economic Zone, this paper discusses the opportunities, challenges and countermeasures of economic and trade exchanges between Henan and Taiwan, and puts emphasis on the study of countermeasures, such as: establishing regional cooperation mechanism between Henan and Taiwan. We will improve the construction of Taiwan-funded industrial parks, improve the investment environment, enhance human quality and enrich root-seeking cultural activities. With the gradual increase of economic openness and active use of foreign capital in Henan Province, the economic and trade development of the two places presents a good development trend, Henan's regional advantages are increasingly prominent. As an important part of cross-strait economic and trade development, we should actively guide and scientifically plan economic and trade exchanges between the two places. It not only promotes the interests of the people of Taiwan and the mainland and has a positive impact on cross-strait relations, but also further strengthens the sense of identity of compatriots on both sides of the strait and the sense of mission for the reunification of the motherland.
