我國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演化及其動(dòng)因研究

【摘要】:隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),創(chuàng)新成為驅(qū)動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要因素,深受經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)者的重視,催生了經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)的"演化轉(zhuǎn)向",網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化與動(dòng)因的研究成果不斷涌現(xiàn)。光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國(guó)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,在能源結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中占據(jù)重要地位,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速、發(fā)展?jié)摿薮。然?在產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模擴(kuò)張的同時(shí),我國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)也還存在技術(shù)水平、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不高等問(wèn)題,部分核心技術(shù)嚴(yán)重依賴(lài)于從西方國(guó)家進(jìn)口,制約了光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升。因此,分析我國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化的特征與趨勢(shì),找出網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化的動(dòng)因,對(duì)于促進(jìn)我國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)是技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),產(chǎn)品更迭迅速,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新推動(dòng)作用顯著。為了降低創(chuàng)新的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),有關(guān)各方致力于推動(dòng)主體間的合作創(chuàng)新。不少區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)者采用調(diào)研訪(fǎng)談、面板數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算、邏輯推理等方法,分析了創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化動(dòng)因、機(jī)理。本文在學(xué)習(xí)、歸納前人創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,基于相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀,采用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)指標(biāo)、數(shù)學(xué)模型等分析手段,定量地刻畫(huà)了我國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展歷程、演化過(guò)程,分析了其動(dòng)力因子,為進(jìn)一步豐富區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究?jī)?nèi)容、促進(jìn)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展服務(wù)。本文利用上海知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)(專(zhuān)利信息)公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)檢索系統(tǒng)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中聯(lián)合申請(qǐng)專(zhuān)利數(shù)據(jù),采用R、UCINET、ArcGIS等軟件,從空間距離、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、企業(yè)集團(tuán)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)入手,系統(tǒng)分析了我國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化的基本特征、發(fā)展趨勢(shì);采用ERG模型、SAO模型,找出了推動(dòng)我國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展演化的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素;采用地理距離閾值計(jì)算等方法,分析了鄰近性因子對(duì)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展演化的作用機(jī)理。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):我國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好,創(chuàng)新合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,光伏應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品、電站等產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈下游領(lǐng)域的合作日益頻繁;創(chuàng)新主體合作意愿強(qiáng)烈,創(chuàng)新主體之間內(nèi)部聯(lián)系越來(lái)越緊密,企業(yè)集團(tuán)內(nèi)創(chuàng)新合作占據(jù)重要地位,大學(xué)和研究院重要性提升,網(wǎng)絡(luò)"中間人"的作用越來(lái)越突出;創(chuàng)新合作主體間的空間距離不斷增大,跨市、跨省合作占比上升;合作創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)自我國(guó)東部地區(qū)向西部地區(qū)擴(kuò)散,自中心城市向周邊城市擴(kuò)散;主體自身創(chuàng)新能力、組織鄰近性對(duì)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)具有直接而重要的影響,而地理鄰近性則通過(guò)其他維度鄰近性間接促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, innovation has become an important factor driving the development of regional economy, which has been attached great importance to by economic geography scholars, and has given birth to the "evolutional turn" of economic geography. Photovoltaic industry is one of the strategic emerging industries in China, which plays an important role in the national development strategy of energy structure optimization and industrial transformation and upgrading. However, with the expansion of the industry scale, there are still some problems in the photovoltaic industry of our country, such as technical level, product quality is not high, and some core technologies rely heavily on imports from western countries. Therefore, this paper analyzes the characteristics and trends of the evolution of the photovoltaic industry innovation network in China, and finds out the motivation of the network evolution. It is of great significance to promote the development of photovoltaic industry in China. Photovoltaic industry is a technology-intensive industry with rapid product changes and significant promotion of technological innovation. In order to reduce the risk of innovation. Many regional economists use the methods of investigation and interview, panel data calculation and logical reasoning to analyze the motivation and mechanism of innovation network evolution. On the basis of the previous research results of innovative networks, based on the relevant theory, combined with the current situation, using social network indicators, mathematical models and other analytical means, quantitatively describe the development of photovoltaic industry innovation network in China. In order to further enrich the research content of innovation network in regional economics, the dynamic factors are analyzed in the course of evolution. This paper uses Shanghai intellectual property (patent information) public service platform to retrieve the joint patent application data in photovoltaic industry database, and adopts RGUCINET. Based on the spatial distance, industrial chain, enterprise group and network topology, ArcGIS and other software systematically analyze the basic characteristics and development trend of the innovation network evolution of photovoltaic industry in China. ERG model and SAO model are used to find out the driving factors to promote the development and evolution of photovoltaic industry innovation network in China. By using the method of geographic distance threshold calculation, this paper analyzes the mechanism of proximity factor on the development and evolution of the innovation network. The research shows that the photovoltaic industry innovation network in China has a good development momentum. The scale of innovative cooperation network is expanding, photovoltaic application products, power plants and other downstream areas of the industrial chain cooperation is becoming more and more frequent; Innovation subject cooperation is strong, the internal relationship between innovation subjects is getting closer and closer, innovation cooperation in enterprise group occupies an important position, and the importance of universities and research institutes is enhanced. The role of network "middleman" is becoming more and more prominent; The space distance between the subjects of innovation cooperation is increasing, and the proportion of inter-city and inter-provincial cooperation is increasing. The cooperative innovation activities spread from the eastern region to the western region and from the central city to the surrounding city; The innovation ability of the main body itself and organizational proximity have a direct and important influence on the innovation network, while geographical proximity indirectly promotes the development of the innovation network through the proximity of other dimensions.
