【摘要】：京津冀三省市實現(xiàn)協(xié)同發(fā)展，有利于打造新的首都經(jīng)濟圈和推進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟更好更快發(fā)展。京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展是重大國家戰(zhàn)略，也是河北面臨的一次重大歷史機遇，能不能抓住并用好這一機遇，實現(xiàn)河北產(chǎn)業(yè)結構升級和對接，將是我省今后一段時間內(nèi)經(jīng)濟工作的重點，對河北經(jīng)濟健康持續(xù)發(fā)展意義重大。 本文在查閱國內(nèi)外有關文獻基礎上，利用投入產(chǎn)出技術，首先依據(jù)2010年京津冀42部門投入產(chǎn)出延長表和2013年中國統(tǒng)計年鑒中國國民經(jīng)濟核算部分的中間流量表，編制了京津冀地區(qū)間的41部門投入產(chǎn)出表；然后對京津冀地區(qū)和地區(qū)間41部門的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、產(chǎn)業(yè)結構特點進行了分析；第三，計算了京津冀地區(qū)的包括京津冀三省市的影響力和感應度等產(chǎn)業(yè)關聯(lián)系數(shù)，并通過對京津冀地區(qū)的影響力系數(shù)和感應度系數(shù)和地區(qū)間的影響力系數(shù)和感應度系數(shù)對比分析，揭示出京津冀三省市當前的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展特征、相互作用和產(chǎn)業(yè)關聯(lián)程度；最后根據(jù)目前京津冀的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，提出了河北省與京津產(chǎn)業(yè)對接對策建議。通過綜合分析，得出河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結構優(yōu)化調整的建議：明確城市定位，，優(yōu)化城市格局；承接京津第二產(chǎn)業(yè)轉移，提升技術水平；構建綜合交通網(wǎng)絡對接京津。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei provinces and cities is conducive to creating a new economic circle of the capital and promoting better and faster development of regional economy. The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a major national strategy and a major historical opportunity for Hebei. Whether we can seize the opportunity and realize the upgrading and docking of Hebei's industrial structure will be the key point of our province's economic work in the future and will be of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of Hebei's economy. This paper uses input-output technology on the basis of consulting relevant literature at home and abroad. First of all, according to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei 42 department input-output extension table in 2010 and the 2013 China Statistical Yearbook of China National Economic Accounting part of the intermediate flow table. The input-output table of 41 departments between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions is compiled. Then it analyzes the current situation of industrial development and the characteristics of industrial structure of 41 departments in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and inter-region. Thirdly, the industrial correlation coefficients of the three provinces, including the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei provinces and cities, are calculated. Through the comparative analysis of the influence coefficient and the sensitivity coefficient and the influence coefficient and the sensitivity coefficient of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, this paper reveals the current industrial development characteristics of the three provinces and cities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. The degree of interaction and industry connection; Finally, according to the current industrial development situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei province, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the industrial docking between Hebei Province and Beijing-Tianjin. Through comprehensive analysis, the author draws the suggestion of optimizing and adjusting the industrial structure of Hebei Province: make clear the city orientation. Optimizing the urban pattern; To undertake the transfer of the second industry in Beijing and Tianjin to upgrade the technical level; Build a comprehensive transportation network docking Beijing-Tianjin.
