【摘要】：近年來,三農(nóng)問題成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重大關(guān)切,隨著2013年1號(hào)文件出臺(tái),家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)成為社會(huì)各界高度關(guān)注的新興焦點(diǎn)。家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)旅游開發(fā)豐富了鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)態(tài),是農(nóng)村社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新動(dòng)力。作為家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的開發(fā)者、經(jīng)營(yíng)者和管理者,農(nóng)戶的決策行為將極大地影響家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)旅游的健康和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文通過結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型方法定量研究影響農(nóng)戶決策行為的相關(guān)因素和作用機(jī)理,并以南昌市城郊蔣巷鎮(zhèn)與黃馬鄉(xiāng)的家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)為具體研究對(duì)象,將有助于擴(kuò)展家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)研究的理論體系和豐富鄉(xiāng)村旅游研究的學(xué)科領(lǐng)域,也將有助于南昌市城郊家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 (1)結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)分析方法和專家咨詢法,構(gòu)建了家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)旅游開發(fā)農(nóng)戶決策概念模型。該模型由開發(fā)基礎(chǔ)條件、政府支持力度、旅游影響感知、農(nóng)戶開發(fā)能力四個(gè)外衍變量和農(nóng)戶開發(fā)態(tài)度、農(nóng)戶開發(fā)決策兩個(gè)內(nèi)衍變量共同組成,涉及“區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)水平、增加經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、文化程度”等32個(gè)指標(biāo)因子。概念模型認(rèn)為開發(fā)基礎(chǔ)條件、旅游影響感知、政府支持力度分別對(duì)農(nóng)戶旅游開發(fā)態(tài)度有顯著的正向影響,而農(nóng)戶旅游開發(fā)態(tài)度和農(nóng)戶開發(fā)能力對(duì)農(nóng)戶開發(fā)決策同樣具有顯著的正向關(guān)系。 (2)結(jié)合南昌縣蔣巷鎮(zhèn)和黃馬鄉(xiāng)的實(shí)證調(diào)研,經(jīng)過可靠性分析和驗(yàn)證因子分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)“區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)水平、破壞村民關(guān)系”等13個(gè)觀察變量影響模型的組合信度,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化因子負(fù)荷未達(dá)標(biāo)(低于0.5)。修正后所得模型的整體適配度檢驗(yàn)大部分達(dá)到了相應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),只有GFI(0.89) NFI (0.87)兩個(gè)指標(biāo)未達(dá)到但非常接近標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值(0.9),說明模型整體擬合較好。 (3)農(nóng)戶開發(fā)態(tài)度和農(nóng)戶開發(fā)能力共同制約著農(nóng)戶開發(fā)決策行為,有顯著的正向影響,其中開發(fā)態(tài)度影響較強(qiáng)(0.407),開發(fā)能力影響較弱(0.352)。旅游影響感知對(duì)農(nóng)戶參與旅游開發(fā)態(tài)度影響最大(0.448),且有顯著的正向影響,其中經(jīng)濟(jì)效益方面影響最大,社會(huì)效益感知次之,文化效益感知最弱；開發(fā)基礎(chǔ)條件對(duì)農(nóng)戶參與態(tài)度影響相對(duì)較弱,呈現(xiàn)不顯著的正向影響(0.106)；受多重因素影響政府支持力度對(duì)農(nóng)戶開發(fā)態(tài)度呈現(xiàn)不顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)(-0.07)。 (4)基于家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)農(nóng)戶決策行為的理論和實(shí)證分析,為促進(jìn)家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)旅游的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,有必要從以下三個(gè)方面入手：一是加強(qiáng)農(nóng)戶參與家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)意識(shí),提高家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)收益,以便營(yíng)造良好的社會(huì)效應(yīng),增進(jìn)旅游影響正向感知,促進(jìn)農(nóng)戶參與家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)旅游開發(fā)；二是通過加大補(bǔ)貼力度,優(yōu)化金融政策和改善土地政策來加大政府扶持力度,優(yōu)化農(nóng)戶開發(fā)環(huán)境；三是健全人才保障機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)技術(shù)指導(dǎo)培訓(xùn),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)農(nóng)戶綜合素質(zhì)提升,強(qiáng)化農(nóng)戶參與開發(fā)能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers has become a major concern in China's economic and social development, with the introduction of document No. 1 on 2013. Family farm has become a new focus of social attention. The development of family farm tourism enriches the form of rural tourism and is the new power of rural social and economic development. As the developer of family farm. Operators and managers. The decision-making behavior of farmers will greatly affect the health and sustainable development of family farm tourism. Taking the family farms in Jiangxiang Town and Huangma Township in the suburbs of Nanchang as the specific research object, it will be helpful to expand the theoretical system of family farm research and enrich the subject field of rural tourism research. It will also contribute to the sustainable development of suburban family farms in Nanchang. 1) based on the literature analysis method and expert consultation method, this paper constructs a conceptual model of family farm tourism development farmer decision-making, which consists of the development of basic conditions, government support, tourism impact perception. The four external variables and the development attitude of farmers' development ability, and the two internal variables of farmers' development decision are composed of "regional economic level and increasing economic income". The concept model holds that the development of basic conditions, the perception of tourism impact and the strength of government support have significant positive effects on the attitude of farmers' tourism development. However, the attitude and ability of farmers' tourism development also have a significant positive relationship to farmers' development decision. Combined with the empirical investigation of Jiangxiang Town and Huangma Township in Nanchang County, through reliability analysis and validation factor analysis, the study found that "the level of regional economy." The combined reliability of the model was affected by 13 observation variables, such as destroying the villagers' relationship, and the standard factor load was not up to the standard (less than 0.5%). The whole fitness test of the modified model was mostly up to the corresponding standard.
