【摘要】：提高經(jīng)濟與社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展能力,是中部地區(qū)實現(xiàn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的根本要求,事關(guān)中部崛起大計。在系統(tǒng)闡釋區(qū)域經(jīng)濟與社會發(fā)展關(guān)系機理的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了中部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟與社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度評價指標(biāo)體系和組合模型,對1990-2011年中部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、社會發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟與社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度進(jìn)行定量測評與動態(tài)演變分析,結(jié)果表明:(1)1990-2011年,中部六省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展得分除2000年略有下降外,整體呈現(xiàn)增長態(tài)勢,東中部經(jīng)濟差距較之中西部更為明顯。(2)1990-2011年中部地區(qū)社會發(fā)展得分穩(wěn)步提升。1990-1995年發(fā)展較為平緩,1995年之后提升較快,尤其是2006年之后社會發(fā)展進(jìn)程大大加快。(3)1990-2011年中部六省經(jīng)濟社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展進(jìn)程不斷推進(jìn)。湖北的經(jīng)濟社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度增幅最大,為中部之首。(4)2000年以前,中部六省經(jīng)濟社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度都屬于勉強協(xié)調(diào)類型,2006年都躍入初級協(xié)調(diào)類型,2011年除湖北進(jìn)入良好協(xié)調(diào)類型外,其它中部五省都屬于中級協(xié)調(diào)類型。
[Abstract]:To improve the ability of coordinated economic and social development is the fundamental requirement for the realization of regional coordinated development in the central region, which is related to the rising of the central region, on the basis of systematically explaining the mechanism of the relationship between regional economy and social development. An evaluation index system and a combination model of the degree of coordinated economic and social development in the central region are established, and the economic development and social development of the central region from 1990 to 2011 are analyzed. The quantitative evaluation and dynamic evolution analysis of the degree of economic and social harmonious development are carried out. The results show that the score of economic development of six central provinces decreased slightly except in 2000. The overall growth trend. The economic gap in the eastern and central regions is more obvious than that in the central region. The score of social development in the central region steadily increased from 1990 to 2011. The development of the central region in 1990-1995 was relatively flat. After 1995, the rise was faster. Especially since 2006, the process of social development has been greatly accelerated. From 1990 to 2011, the process of coordinated economic and social development in six central provinces continued to advance. Hubei has the largest increase in the degree of coordinated economic and social development. Before 2000, the degree of coordinated economic and social development in six central provinces were all grudgingly coordinated, and in 2006, they all jumped into the primary type of coordination. In 2011, in addition to Hubei into a good coordination type, the other five central provinces are intermediate coordination type.
