【摘要】：在社會分工不斷深化和經(jīng)濟全球化加快推進的過程中,物流被認為是一種先進的管理技術和組織方式,其戰(zhàn)略地位在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化發(fā)展中越來越被社會各界重視,并成為推動地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關鍵要素,物流與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長間的相互關系逐步成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟研究的重要方面。 國家轉向依靠內需拉動的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展政策的推動、西部大開發(fā)政策的深化、中部崛起戰(zhàn)略的實施、泛長三角分工合作的加快推進以及“長江中國經(jīng)濟新支撐帶”概念的提出、各地區(qū)自主創(chuàng)新和綜合配套改革試驗地的加速建設,尤其是各種國家級城市帶承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉移示范區(qū)的建立,使得長江經(jīng)濟帶各地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展迎來新的機遇,同時也給長江經(jīng)濟帶各省市物流的發(fā)展帶來了難得的歷史機遇。 在之前國內外學者研究的基礎上,本文根據(jù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟理論和物流理論,以國內生產(chǎn)總值作為衡量長江經(jīng)濟帶及各省市地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展指標,以貨物周轉量為衡量區(qū)域物流發(fā)展水平的指標,根據(jù)長江經(jīng)濟帶物流與經(jīng)濟增長的實際狀況先對它們之間的相互作用關系進行了定性分析；用Logistic函數(shù)模型定量分析二者間的關系,并最后提出了長江經(jīng)濟帶各地區(qū)發(fā)展物流的相關政策,希望能為地區(qū)政府制定相關政策和規(guī)劃提供參考。 通過對長江經(jīng)濟帶物流與經(jīng)濟增長關系的研究,本文初步得出以下幾點結論：(1)定性研究發(fā)現(xiàn),長江經(jīng)濟帶物流與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長之間存在著互相促進、共同發(fā)展的明顯關系。(2)從長江經(jīng)濟帶物流與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長的格蘭杰因果關系檢驗結果發(fā)現(xiàn)物流是地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長的格蘭杰原因,而區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長不是物流發(fā)展的格蘭杰原因,說明長江經(jīng)濟帶物流與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關系并不是很協(xié)調。(3)通過Logistic函數(shù)模型的研究表明,長江經(jīng)濟帶物流對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長表現(xiàn)出了一定的促進作用,但不同地區(qū)物流基礎設施和服務水平的差異使其對經(jīng)濟增長的推動并不相同,長江經(jīng)濟帶下游地區(qū)物流與經(jīng)濟增長的關系較為協(xié)調,其它地區(qū)次之。
[Abstract]:In the process of deepening social division and accelerating the globalization of economy , logistics is regarded as an advanced management technology and organization mode . Its strategic position is more and more important in the development of regional economic integration , and has become the key factor to promote regional economic development , and the relationship between logistics and regional economic growth has gradually become an important aspect of regional economic research . The country turns to the promotion of the domestic demand - driven economic development policy , the deepening of the western development policy , the implementation of the middle - rise strategy , the acceleration of the Pan - Yangtze River Delta and the accelerating construction of the " new supporting zone of the Yangtze River " , especially the establishment of the national level city zone undertaking industrial transfer demonstration area , which brings new opportunities for the development of the economic development of the Yangtze River economic zone , and brings a rare historical opportunity to the development of the logistics of the Yangtze River economic zone . Based on the previous domestic and foreign scholars ' research , according to the regional economic theory and logistics theory , based on the regional economic theory and the logistics theory , the paper takes the gross domestic product as the index to measure the development level of regional logistics . Based on the real situation of logistics and economic growth of the Yangtze River Economic Belt , the relations between them are qualitatively analyzed . Through the research on the relationship between the logistics and economic growth of the Yangtze River Economic Belt , the following conclusions are drawn : ( 1 ) The qualitative research shows that the logistics of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the regional economic growth have mutual promotion and common development .
