【摘要】：進入二十一世紀(jì)之后,隨著2012年黨的十八大的召開,經(jīng)濟建設(shè)也開始走入新的歷史紀(jì)元。十八大報告中強調(diào),新時期經(jīng)濟建設(shè)要“全面提高開放型經(jīng)濟水平,適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟全球化新趨勢,提高利用外資綜合優(yōu)勢和總體效益�！� 在經(jīng)歷了多年爭論、預(yù)熱之后,皖江城市帶“入圍”中央關(guān)于中部崛起的10號文件,進入了國家宏觀發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的視野并于2010年1月12日已正式獲國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)成立皖江城市帶承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范區(qū),作為首個國家級承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范區(qū),安徽省首個“國字號”規(guī)劃,在歷經(jīng)了四年多發(fā)展的今天,其經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的深度廣度直接反映出新時期國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的發(fā)展質(zhì)量與方向。 產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移按其地理區(qū)域的劃分,可分為國際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和區(qū)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移。國際產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)指國與國之間的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,具體來說,即是發(fā)達國家企業(yè)把沒有比較優(yōu)勢的一些產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移到發(fā)展中國家。區(qū)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移指的是地區(qū)之間的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,具體來說,即是本國內(nèi)相對發(fā)達地區(qū)向欠發(fā)達地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移一些喪失比較優(yōu)勢的產(chǎn)業(yè)。本文探討的皖江城市帶屬于區(qū)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移范疇。研究產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移對于從宏觀角度洞悉世界經(jīng)濟或區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展有著極其重要的指導(dǎo)意義,就本文來說,研究皖江城市帶的出口貿(mào)易特色與優(yōu)勢,對于了解新時期中部地區(qū)及國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟的產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟質(zhì)量有著重要的參考價值。 首先,本文對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的相關(guān)論文文獻資料進行回顧與綜述,在現(xiàn)有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析總結(jié)現(xiàn)下有關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的主要研究方向與方法,并對產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移、皖江城市帶的相關(guān)研究回顧與綜述。通過回顧國內(nèi)已有的關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和望江城市帶的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)尚未有學(xué)者從出口貿(mào)易的角度研究望江城市帶的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級問題,因而得出本文研究的意義,即緒論部分。 然后,在文獻綜述與分析總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,對皖江城市帶近幾年出口貿(mào)易的發(fā)展進行具體分析,并聚焦皖江城市帶的出口貿(mào)易特色與優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)。通過對比近幾年各產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展數(shù)據(jù),描述并揭示皖江城市帶成立至今的后各產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。 最后,結(jié)合上一部分的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,及近幾年相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的分析與對比,從出口貿(mào)易的角度揭示皖江城市帶在產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的過程中所面臨的一些問題說明皖江城市帶雖然已獲得了較快的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸趨向合理,但仍存在一些問題。針對這些問題,從促進產(chǎn)業(yè)升級和推動經(jīng)濟高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的角度提出幾點建議。
[Abstract]:After 21th century, with the 2012 18 National Congress of the Party, economic construction began to enter a new historical era. 18 report stressed. The economic construction in the new period should "improve the level of open economy in an all-round way, adapt to the new trend of economic globalization, and improve the comprehensive advantages and overall benefits of utilizing foreign capital." After years of controversy and preheating, Wanjiang City Belt was listed in the Central Committee's document No. 10 on the rise of the central region. In January 12th 2010, it has been approved by the State Council to set up the demonstration zone for the industrial transfer of Anhui River urban belt, which is the first state-level industrial transfer demonstration zone. After more than four years of development, the depth and breadth of the economic development of Anhui Province directly reflect the development quality and direction of domestic industrial transfer in the new period. Industrial transfer can be divided into international industrial transfer and interregional industrial transfer according to its geographical area. International industrial specialty refers to industrial transfer between countries. That is, the enterprises of developed countries transfer some industries without comparative advantage to developing countries. Interregional industrial transfer refers to the industrial transfer between regions, specifically speaking. In this paper, the urban belt of Anhui River belongs to the category of inter-regional industrial transfer. The study of industrial transfer to understand the world from a macro perspective. Economic or regional economic development has an extremely important guiding significance. As far as this article is concerned, the study of the characteristics and advantages of export trade in the urban belt of Wanjiang River has important reference value for understanding the industrial economic quality of the central region and domestic economy in the new period. First of all, this paper reviews and summarizes the relevant papers on industrial transfer at home and abroad, on the basis of existing research, it analyzes and summarizes the main research directions and methods of industrial transfer. And the industrial transfer, Wanjiang city belt related research review and summary. Through the review of domestic research on industrial transfer and Wangjiang urban belt. It is found that no domestic scholars have studied the industrial transfer and industrial upgrading of Wangjiang urban belt from the point of view of export trade, so the significance of this study, that is, the introduction part, has been obtained. Then, on the basis of literature review and analysis and summary, the development of export trade in Anhui River urban belt in recent years is analyzed in detail. By comparing the development data of each industry in recent years, this paper describes and reveals the current situation of the development of each industry after the establishment of the urban belt of Anhui River. Finally, combined with the previous part of the analysis of the status quo of industrial development, and the analysis and comparison of relevant data in recent years. From the perspective of export trade, this paper reveals some problems in the process of industrial transformation and industrial upgrading in the urban belt of Anhui River, which shows that although the urban belt in Anhui River has achieved rapid economic development, the industrial structure has gradually tended to be reasonable. However, there are still some problems. In view of these problems, some suggestions are put forward from the angle of promoting industrial upgrading and promoting the high quality development of economy.
