【摘要】:物流業(yè)是國民經濟的基礎性產業(yè),關乎區(qū)域經濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高。在當前,我國物流市場蓬勃發(fā)展,物流管理專業(yè)作為培養(yǎng)物流管理人才的新興學科,既是機遇又是挑戰(zhàn)。SXPI物流管理專業(yè)始于2003年,是國家示范性重點專業(yè)、陜西省重點建設專業(yè)、陜西省高等職業(yè)教育實訓基地,其以市場需求為導向、以能力培養(yǎng)為中心,按照物流崗位職業(yè)素質和職業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng)要求,創(chuàng)新“職教融合、工學交替”的人才培養(yǎng)模式,著力建設“一個平臺,兩個系統(tǒng)”的課程體系,師資力量相對雄厚,目的在于培養(yǎng)掌握經濟管理知識和物流操作技能,具備物流信息收集、整理與分析,商品采購、儲運及配送技能,適應現(xiàn)代物流產業(yè)快速發(fā)展的高技能型物流管理人才。然而,針對目前物流人才供需失衡的狀況和高職院校物流管理專業(yè)存在的問題,本文在已有研究成果的基礎上,基于人本主義、行動導向的課程模式等基本理論和以能力為中心、就業(yè)為導向的人才培養(yǎng)模式,重點對SXPI物流管理專業(yè)建設進行分析和論證,找出問題和癥狀所在,并圍繞課程體系的建設提出了一些建議。SXPI物流管理專業(yè)教學改革是一項系統(tǒng)性的綜合工程,不僅應當堅持能力本位和職業(yè)本位的教學思想,更需要以課程體系建設為中心,從公共基礎課、專業(yè)技術課和專業(yè)實踐課等具體方面重點建設與物流相關的主干課程,從校企合作機制以及課程體系建設的保障措施等方面進行有效的建構與配合,希望可以培育出多類型、多層次和全方位的高技能型物流管理人才,以更好地適應物流市場的發(fā)展需求,為物流專業(yè)教學改革提供思路和途徑。
[Abstract]:Logistics industry is the basic industry of national economy, which is related to the sustainable development of regional economy and the improvement of people's living standard. At present, the logistics market of our country is booming. Logistics management as a new discipline to train logistics management personnel, is both an opportunity and a challenge. SXPI logistics management major started in 2003, is the national model key specialty, Shaanxi Province key construction specialty. The training base of higher vocational education in Shaanxi Province is guided by market demand, centered on ability cultivation, and innovates "vocational education integration" according to the requirement of training professional quality and ability of logistics post. The talent training mode of "alternating work and learning" and the curriculum system of "one platform and two systems" have relatively strong teachers, the purpose of which is to train and master the knowledge of economic management and the skills of logistics operation. Has logistics information collection, collation and analysis, commodity procurement, storage and transportation and distribution skills, adapt to the rapid development of modern logistics industry of highly skilled logistics management personnel. Aiming at the imbalance of supply and demand of logistics talents and the existing problems of logistics management specialty in higher vocational colleges, this paper bases on humanism on the basis of existing research results. The basic theories such as activity-oriented curriculum model and the talent training model with competence as the center and employment as the orientation focus on the analysis and demonstration of the construction of SXPI logistics management specialty to find out the problems and symptoms. Some suggestions are put forward about the construction of curriculum system. The teaching reform of logistics management specialty of SXPI is a systematic comprehensive project, which should not only adhere to the teaching thought of ability standard and occupation standard. More need to build the curriculum system as the center, from the public basic courses, professional technical courses and professional practice courses and other specific aspects of the construction of logistics related backbone courses. From the cooperation mechanism of school and enterprise and the guarantee measures of curriculum system construction and other aspects of effective construction and cooperation, we hope to cultivate multi-type, multi-level and all-round high-skilled logistics management personnel. In order to better meet the needs of the development of logistics market, to provide ideas and ways for the reform of logistics teaching.
