【摘要】：馬克思揭示了社會再生產(chǎn)過程中生產(chǎn)片面性與消費全面性的矛盾運動規(guī)律,指出這一規(guī)律發(fā)揮作用的深刻根源存在于人作為"類"的存在物的共同本質(zhì)之中。生產(chǎn)與消費的矛盾運動規(guī)律是一切社會形態(tài)下經(jīng)濟運行發(fā)展的基本規(guī)律,它決定了人類只有實現(xiàn)最大限度的平等、聯(lián)合、協(xié)作,才能形成最進步的經(jīng)濟社會體系。馬克思的這一思想為近現(xiàn)代以來的國際合作和"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略提供了深刻而重要的理論基礎。"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略將以更加有效、進步的方式推動建設國際互聯(lián)互通網(wǎng)絡、發(fā)展跨國經(jīng)營企業(yè)、建立新型世界經(jīng)濟體系,形成高效的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟空間組織結(jié)構(gòu),健全國際供應鏈結(jié)構(gòu),以共同經(jīng)濟利益的增長逐步化解大國與小國、富國與窮國在利益和權(quán)力分配上的分歧、對抗和沖突,加快世界經(jīng)濟、政治一體化進程。"一帶一路"將經(jīng)歷由商業(yè)貿(mào)易之路到產(chǎn)業(yè)和城市密集帶,再到經(jīng)濟共同體和命運共同體的發(fā)展、演變過程。與此相適應,"一帶一路"的發(fā)展方略應當包括應對當務之急、謀劃中期發(fā)展和運籌長遠之計等內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Marx revealed the law of contradictory movement between one-sidedness of production and comprehensiveness of consumption in the process of social reproduction. It is pointed out that the deep root of this law lies in the common essence of human being as the existence of "class". The law of contradictory movement between production and consumption is the basic law of economic operation and development under all social forms. It determines that human beings can only achieve maximum equality, union, and cooperation. Marx's thought provides a profound and important theoretical basis for international cooperation and the "Belt and Road" strategy since modern times. "Belt and Road" The strategy will be more effective. The progressive approach will promote the construction of an international interconnection network, the development of multinational enterprises, the establishment of a new world economic system, the formation of an efficient regional economic spatial organizational structure, and the improvement of the international supply chain structure. The growth of common economic interests will gradually resolve the differences between large and small countries, rich and poor countries in the distribution of interests and power, confrontation and conflict, and speed up the world economy. The process of political integration. "Belt and Road" will go through the development from the commercial trade road to the industrial and urban intensive zone, and then to the economic community and the community of destiny. The development strategy of Belt and Road should include dealing with the urgent affairs, planning medium-term development and long-term plan.
