【摘要】：文章以經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài)為背景,對區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展機(jī)制的創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行了深入探討。區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了從不平衡發(fā)展到協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,再到協(xié)同發(fā)展的政策取向變遷。區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)是發(fā)展目標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展則是手段與路徑。在比較優(yōu)勢發(fā)生動態(tài)變化、區(qū)域發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系與空間依賴客觀存在的基礎(chǔ)上,通過互聯(lián)互通完善區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展通道網(wǎng)絡(luò),完善要素共享市場體系奠定區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展基礎(chǔ),以創(chuàng)新協(xié)同促成區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展內(nèi)生動力為主線,實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)治理聯(lián)動形成的外部協(xié)同動力,并以此構(gòu)成區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展機(jī)制創(chuàng)新的基本框架,有效推動不同類型區(qū)域共贏式發(fā)展的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of the economic development entering the new normal, this paper probes into the innovation of regional coordinated development mechanism. The regional economic development has experienced from unbalanced development to coordinated development. Regional coordination is the goal of development, and the realization of regional coordinated development is the means and path. Dynamic changes take place in comparative advantage. On the basis of the existence of regional economic relationship and spatial dependence, the regional cooperative development foundation is established through the interconnection and improvement of the regional cooperative development channel network and the perfection of the market system of factor sharing. Based on the endogenous motive force of regional economic development, the external synergetic power of ecological governance is realized, and the basic frame of innovation of regional coordinated development mechanism is formed. Effectively promote the realization of win-win development in different types of regions.
