【摘要】：近年來，我國(guó)掀起了新一輪的港口建設(shè)。港口工程的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量問題不僅關(guān)系到企業(yè)的發(fā)展，，而且直接影響區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展水平。這就要求在港口項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的過程中，必須采用科學(xué)的方法有效地進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理。與此同時(shí)，要借鑒國(guó)際先進(jìn)的項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的管理理念、模式以及方法。因此，研究黃驊港擴(kuò)容工程質(zhì)量管理具有現(xiàn)實(shí)作用和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。 論文首先闡述了工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的基本理論，為黃驊港擴(kuò)容工程質(zhì)量管理提供了理論基礎(chǔ)和質(zhì)量管理方法應(yīng)用。其次，通過分析北方主要港口擴(kuò)容工程質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀，采用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析表法、流程圖法、矩陣圖法等方法，橫向?qū)Ρ炔煌こ添?xiàng)目管理過程和結(jié)果，得出了有關(guān)港口項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不足，為黃驊港的擴(kuò)容工程的質(zhì)量管理提供借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)。再次，經(jīng)過對(duì)黃驊港二期擴(kuò)容工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀的分析，從工程項(xiàng)目基本要求和質(zhì)量管控運(yùn)行兩個(gè)方面開展研究，其中在質(zhì)量管理中引入了EPC管理模式，強(qiáng)調(diào)了施工質(zhì)量管控的組織作用、流程方法和質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制點(diǎn)等，指出了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理中存在的問題，為后續(xù)提出整改措施提供依據(jù)。最后，針對(duì)黃驊港二期擴(kuò)容工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理存在的問題和質(zhì)量管控目標(biāo)，制定了一系列質(zhì)量管理對(duì)策，重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)了以對(duì)標(biāo)學(xué)習(xí)提高項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理意識(shí)、構(gòu)建優(yōu)秀的施工和質(zhì)量管理人才隊(duì)伍、強(qiáng)化組織協(xié)調(diào)溝通機(jī)制、細(xì)化工程質(zhì)量檢查、完善質(zhì)量管理評(píng)價(jià)體系等質(zhì)量管控措施，為黃驊港后期擴(kuò)容工程建設(shè)提供了質(zhì)量管理支持。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has set off a new round of port construction. The project quality of port engineering is not only related to the development of enterprises. And directly affect the level of regional economic and social development, which requires that in the process of port project construction, we must adopt scientific methods to effectively carry out project quality management. It is necessary to draw lessons from international advanced project management experience and introduce advanced management concepts, models and methods. Therefore, it is of practical significance and practical guiding value to study the quality management of Huanghua Port expansion project. Firstly, the paper expounds the basic theory of project quality management, which provides the theoretical basis and the application of quality management method for Huanghua Port expansion project quality management. By analyzing the present situation of the quality management of the expansion project of the main ports in the north, this paper adopts the statistical analysis table method, the flow chart method, the matrix chart method, and so on, and compares the management process and results of different engineering projects horizontally. Obtained the port project quality management experience and deficiencies, for the Huanghua Port expansion project quality management experience. Again, after the Huanghua Port Phase II expansion project quality management status analysis. From the basic requirements of the project and the operation of quality control two aspects of research, including the introduction of EPC management mode in quality management, emphasizing the organizational role of construction quality control. Process methods and quality risk control points, pointed out the existing problems in the project quality management, to provide a basis for subsequent corrective measures. Finally. In view of the problems existing in quality management and quality control objectives of Huanghua Port Phase II expansion Project, a series of quality management countermeasures are formulated, with emphasis on raising the awareness of project quality management by standard learning. Construction of excellent construction and quality management personnel team, strengthen organizational coordination and communication mechanism, refine the quality of engineering inspection, improve quality management evaluation system and other quality control measures. For Huanghua Port late expansion project construction to provide quality management support.
