【摘要】：企業(yè)孵化器自誕生以來在世界各國得到了廣泛采納和實際運用，隨著區(qū)域經濟環(huán)境和產業(yè)基礎環(huán)境的改變，從概念內涵到運作模式都發(fā)生了巨大變化，網(wǎng)絡化發(fā)展成為當今企業(yè)孵化器發(fā)展的方向和主要趨勢�？茖W構建區(qū)域孵化器網(wǎng)絡、加強孵化器網(wǎng)絡成員關系治理、有效提高整體網(wǎng)絡運行績效、努力增強區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新孵化能力等一系列問題，是理論研究和實踐工作者面臨的重大課題。 作者在現(xiàn)有企業(yè)孵化器網(wǎng)絡研究的基礎上，首先對相關國內外研究現(xiàn)狀進行了綜述，對企業(yè)孵化器和區(qū)域孵化器網(wǎng)絡的概念和內涵，企業(yè)孵化器網(wǎng)絡的機制及發(fā)展模式、企業(yè)孵化器網(wǎng)絡的績效等相關文獻進行了系統(tǒng)分析與梳理。其次通過借鑒創(chuàng)新體系理論、區(qū)域經濟發(fā)展理論、自組織演化理論、網(wǎng)絡組織理論對企業(yè)孵化器網(wǎng)絡自組織演化過程及其構建基礎進行了研究，分析了區(qū)域孵化器網(wǎng)絡的基本結構模型、網(wǎng)絡結點、網(wǎng)絡資源與活動、網(wǎng)絡結構層次、網(wǎng)絡成員的互動關系。然后，以深圳市區(qū)域孵化器網(wǎng)絡為例，分析了深圳市區(qū)域孵化器網(wǎng)絡的發(fā)展狀況及結構模式，基于數(shù)據(jù)及相關的理論知識評價深圳市區(qū)域孵化器網(wǎng)絡的優(yōu)勢與問題。之后，構建了研究區(qū)域孵化器網(wǎng)絡與孵化績效關系的指標模型，以深圳市區(qū)域孵化器網(wǎng)絡為實證研究對象，通過實地走訪與搜集統(tǒng)計年鑒方式收集了深圳市6家區(qū)域孵化器網(wǎng)絡的實際數(shù)據(jù)，運用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型的混合效應模型分析了區(qū)域孵化器網(wǎng)絡與孵化績效的關系，，并從5個方面：加大政策扶持、把握服務需求、多向整合資源、創(chuàng)新管理體制、完善服務內容提出了區(qū)域孵化器網(wǎng)絡建設的對策建議。 最后，在上述研究基礎上總結了區(qū)域孵化網(wǎng)絡對孵化績效影響的有關結論，提出了本文創(chuàng)新點、研究局限及展望。
[Abstract]:Business incubator has been widely adopted and applied in the world since its birth. With the change of regional economic environment and industrial basic environment, great changes have taken place from the concept connotation to the operation mode. The development of network has become the direction and the main trend of business incubator development. Build the regional incubator network scientifically, strengthen the governance of the member relationship of the incubator network, and effectively improve the performance of the whole network. A series of problems, such as enhancing the incubating ability of regional scientific and technological innovation, are important subjects for theoretical research and practice workers. On the basis of the existing research on business incubator network, the author first summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, the concept and connotation of business incubator and regional incubator network. The mechanism and development model of business incubator network, the performance of business incubator network and other related literature are systematically analyzed and combed. Secondly, the theory of innovation system and regional economic development theory are used for reference. Self-organization evolution theory and network organization theory have studied the evolution process of business incubator network and its construction foundation, and analyzed the basic structure model and network node of regional incubator network. Network resources and activities, network structure levels, the interaction of network members. Then, taking Shenzhen regional incubator network as an example, this paper analyzes the development and structure of Shenzhen regional incubator network. Based on the data and related theoretical knowledge to evaluate the advantages and problems of Shenzhen regional incubator network. After that, the paper constructs an index model to study the relationship between regional incubator network and incubation performance. Taking the Shenzhen Regional Incubator Network as the empirical research object, this paper collects the actual data of Shenzhen's six regional incubator networks through field visits and statistical yearbooks. Using the mixed effect model of panel data model, this paper analyzes the relationship between regional incubator network and incubation performance, and from five aspects: increase policy support, grasp service demand, multi-direction integration of resources, innovation management system. The countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of regional incubator network are put forward to improve the service content. Finally, on the basis of the above research, this paper summarizes the relevant conclusions of the impact of regional incubation network on hatching performance, and puts forward the innovation, limitations and prospects of this paper.
