【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不均衡是各國普遍存在的經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)象,受歷史、地理、制度等方面因素的影響,總會出現(xiàn)各地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的非均衡發(fā)展,導(dǎo)致各地區(qū)經(jīng)濟呈現(xiàn)不同程度的差距。我國作為世界上最大的發(fā)展中國家,東中西三個地區(qū)的差距顯著,各省際和省內(nèi)區(qū)域的差距也越來越嚴(yán)重。近年來,福建的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平和經(jīng)濟增長速度都處于全國的中上游水平。然而福建內(nèi)部地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平的差距卻一直保持較高水平,并未出現(xiàn)縮減的趨勢,這將不利于福建省整體經(jīng)濟持續(xù)健康的發(fā)展,影響海峽西岸經(jīng)濟區(qū)的建設(shè)發(fā)展和海峽兩岸的經(jīng)濟合作,縮小地區(qū)差距對于福建經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展尤為重要,因此研究福建區(qū)域經(jīng)濟差距及其影響因素具有現(xiàn)實的指導(dǎo)意義。 對福建省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟差距的研究,多數(shù)只是對福建區(qū)域差距的現(xiàn)狀及演變過程進行量化分析,而對區(qū)域差距的成因僅僅是進行描述性的說明,缺乏實證檢驗,難以說明各個因素對經(jīng)濟增長的顯著性以及影響程度。本文運用市級面板數(shù)據(jù)對福建省各地市的物質(zhì)資本、人力資本、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)及制度變遷與經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系進行計量分析檢驗,得出各個因素對福建省、閩東南及閩西北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻程度。本文首先對國外區(qū)域經(jīng)濟非均衡增長理論、國內(nèi)區(qū)域差距的成因以及福建省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟差距的研究現(xiàn)狀進行評述。以人均GDP作為測量區(qū)域經(jīng)濟差距的變量指標(biāo),運用基尼系數(shù)從時間角度分析福建省從1996-2012年整體經(jīng)濟差距的演變過程,同時用泰爾指數(shù)從空間角度將福建省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟差距進行地區(qū)間的分解。構(gòu)建福建地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長模型,運用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型,對經(jīng)濟增長影響因素進行量化分析,利用Stata統(tǒng)計軟件分析各因素在福建以及各地帶經(jīng)濟增長中的顯著性及影響程度。為縮小福建區(qū)域經(jīng)濟差距、實現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提出相應(yīng)的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:The unbalanced development of regional economy is the economic phenomenon prevalent by history, geography, institutional factors, non balanced regional economic development will lead to the economic area, showed different degrees of difference. China is the world's largest developing China, East and West three regions of the gap significantly each provincial and provincial, regional disparity is more and more serious. In recent years, Fujian's economic development level and economic growth rate in the upper level of the whole country. However, within Fujian region's economic development level the gap is maintained at a high level, did not appear to reduce the trend, this will not be conducive to the overall economic development of Fujian Province the sustained and healthy economic development cooperation in the construction of the West Strait Economic Zone and cross strait, narrowing the gap between regions is particularly important for the sustainable development of Fujian economy, therefore. It is of practical guiding significance to study the regional economic gap and its influencing factors in Fujian.
Study on the regional economic disparity in Fujian Province, the majority only present situation and evolution process of Fujian regional gap are analyzed, and the causes of regional disparities is only descriptive, lack of empirical testing, is difficult to explain the various factors on the economic growth and significant influence. This paper uses panel data of municipal material capital. Around the city, the human capital of Fujian Province, analyze the test of the relationship between industrial structure and institutional change and economic growth, the various factors of Fujian Province, northwest southeast Fujian Fujian and the degree of contribution to the growth of the economy. Firstly, foreign unbalanced regional economic growth theory, reviewed the research status of domestic and regional disparity in Fujian the regional economic gap. The per capita GDP as index of regional economic gap measurement, analysis from the angle of time by using Gini coefficient Fujian Province, from the evolution of 1996-2012 overall economic gap, at the same time with the Theil index from the perspective of space will decompose the regional economic disparity in Fujian province in the region. Construction of Fujian's economic growth model, using panel data model, quantitative analysis of the factors affecting economic growth, and the influence degree of each factor was significant in Fujian and the area of economic growth in the use of Stata statistical analysis software. In order to reduce the regional economic gap in Fujian, realize the coordinated development of regional economy and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
