【摘要】：正文化者,以文化人也,潤人心于無聲,聚人力于無形。近年來,膠州市統(tǒng)計局順應(yīng)全市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)加快轉(zhuǎn)型升級、"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"、臨空經(jīng)濟等新業(yè)態(tài)蓬勃發(fā)展和統(tǒng)計體制機制改革的新形勢、新要求,以機關(guān)文化建設(shè)為抓手,傾心打造聚力、聚智、聚情的"三聚"文化,使機關(guān)干部的"事業(yè)使命感""組織歸屬感"和履職盡責的"精氣神"大為提升,統(tǒng)計改革發(fā)展迸發(fā)出可喜的新動力、新活力,為服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展和公眾統(tǒng)計需求提供了有力保障。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Jiaozhou Bureau of Statistics has complied with the city's industrial structure to speed up the transformation and upgrading, "the Internet." The new situation and new requirements of the vigorous development of the economy in the air and the reform of the statistical system and mechanism require the construction of the organ culture as the starting point, and the "three conversions" culture that focuses on building up the collective power, intelligence, and emotion. The "sense of mission," "sense of organizational belonging," and the "spirit of essence and spirit," which are responsible for performing their duties, have been greatly enhanced, and the development of statistical reform has burst out a gratifying new motive force and new vitality.
