【摘要】：清代是中國商品經(jīng)濟(jì)取得長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展的時(shí)期,各地區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展既有相似性,而又因?yàn)楦鞯刈匀粭l件和人文環(huán)境迥異體現(xiàn)出的極端不平衡性和差異性。工商業(yè)是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,潞安府位于山西省東南部,古稱上黨,自古乃兵家必爭(zhēng)之地,本文試圖借鑒學(xué)界近年來對(duì)江南、山東等區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)史研究成果的研究范式和研究方法,對(duì)清代我省潞安府地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,以求清代的山西經(jīng)濟(jì)史做一管窺。本文嘗試系統(tǒng)研究潞安府地區(qū)工商業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,探討地方人口、資源、環(huán)境和工商業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系,政府政策變遷對(duì)工商業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響�？傮w而言潞安府農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展滯后,人口的大幅度增長(zhǎng)令潞安府人地矛盾日益嚴(yán)重,側(cè)面反映了清前中期潞安府工商業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展使本地區(qū)對(duì)人口的負(fù)載能力大大的提高了。潞安府手工業(yè)是典型的政府導(dǎo)向型和資源稟賦型相結(jié)合的發(fā)展模式。紡織業(yè)和冶鐵業(yè)是潞安府手工業(yè)的兩大支柱,明代乃是潞綢業(yè)鼎盛時(shí)期,在經(jīng)歷過明季的天災(zāi)和戰(zhàn)亂之后,理當(dāng)同其他產(chǎn)業(yè)一樣在康乾盛世再次勃興,然而經(jīng)過從中央到地方各級(jí)政府的采取各種措施,不懈推動(dòng)下仍然難免衰落的命運(yùn),筆者以為應(yīng)當(dāng)是這一時(shí)期作為絲綢業(yè)的上游產(chǎn)業(yè)蠶桑業(yè)受到氣候變冷的影響,無以為繼,政府的推動(dòng)雖能起到一時(shí)的效果,但是卻是不可持續(xù)的。與此同時(shí),潞安府的冶鐵業(yè)延續(xù)了明代的繁榮,雖然其生產(chǎn)技術(shù)一直沒有明顯進(jìn)步,但依賴當(dāng)?shù)刎S富的煤鐵資源和相對(duì)便捷的交通條件,規(guī)模直至一戰(zhàn)期間仍然保持相當(dāng)水平。對(duì)于潞安府商業(yè)發(fā)展的研究,筆者試圖根據(jù)方志中各個(gè)時(shí)期的商業(yè)稅收情況進(jìn)行定量的考察,總體而言商稅征收狀況與明末清初蕭條——康乾盛世——晚清停滯倒退這一全國性的趨勢(shì)是相吻合的。最能體現(xiàn)這一時(shí)期潞安府工商業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮的是其市場(chǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展,尤其是非政治中心的市鎮(zhèn)的勃興,其密度在省內(nèi)名列前茅,以轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)貿(mào)易為特色的長(zhǎng)子縣鮑店鎮(zhèn)和以冶鐵業(yè)為支柱的長(zhǎng)治縣蔭城鎮(zhèn)具有了全國性的影響。潞安府各縣之間發(fā)展的不平衡性說明了交通條件和區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要作用,壺關(guān)、黎城兩縣處于太行山間的盆地中,遠(yuǎn)離當(dāng)時(shí)的官馬大道,無論在人口、商稅和集市各個(gè)指標(biāo)上都遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于交通主干線上的長(zhǎng)治、長(zhǎng)子、屯留、潞城、襄垣四縣。
[Abstract]:The Qing Dynasty is China commodity economy achieved rapid development period, the regional economic development in various regions have similarities, and because of different natural conditions and cultural environment different reflects the extreme imbalance and difference. Business is an important part of social economy, Lu'an palace is located in the southeast of Shanxi Province, shangdanggu Cheng. Since ancient times, is the military a hotly contested spot, this paper attempts to draw circles in recent years in Jiangnan, research paradigm and research methods of Shandong regional economic history research, the empirical research on the government area of our province in the Qing Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty in the economy, the economic history of Shanxi. This paper attempts to do a development of industry and commerce system of Lu'an house discussion on local regional economy, population, resources, environment and the relationship between industrial and commercial economy, influence government policy changes on the industrial and commercial economy. The overall development of prefectural agricultural Lu'an lag, population The big increase in Lu'an house to make the contradiction is becoming increasingly serious, the reflection of the development of Lu'an house before the middle of Qing Dynasty's industrial and commercial economy in the local area of the population load capacity is greatly improved. Lu'an handicraft industry development model is a typical government oriented and resource oriented combination of textile industry and iron smelting industry. Are the two pillars of Lu'an handicraft industry, the Ming Dynasty is the heyday of Lu'an silk industry, after experiencing natural disasters and wars in Ming Dynasty, it and other industries in the Kangxi and Qianlong again rise, but from central to local levels of government to take various measures to promote the unremitting still inevitable decline. I think that should be the silk industry in the upstream industry of sericulture industry in this period by the cooling effect, also the effect of government promotion is can play a moment, but it is not sustainable and the same. When the iron smelting industry of Lu'an house a continuation of the Ming Dynasty prosperity, although its production technology has no obvious progress, but rely on the local rich coal and iron resources and convenient traffic conditions, the scale until during the first world war remains a considerable level. For the research and development of commercial house Lu'an, the author tries to study quantitatively according to chronicles each period of the business tax, business tax and overall status of depression in late Ming and early Qing Dynasty in the late Qing Dynasty Kangxi and Qianlong stagnation this national trend is consistent. Most can reflect the period of Lu'an house industrial and commercial economic prosperity is the development of the market network, especially the political center of the town the development of its density is among the best in the province, to transport trade as the characteristics of the eldest son of the county town and has a national abalone in iron smelting industry for Changzhi County cities and towns.
