【摘要】：作為要素跨區(qū)域流動(dòng)的重要手段和載體,金融一體化發(fā)展是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的重要支撐。文章采用京津冀1978—2015年數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn),京津冀金融一體化發(fā)展呈階段性特征。區(qū)域金融非一體化表現(xiàn)在金融經(jīng)營(yíng)的地區(qū)封鎖、市場(chǎng)分割及其寡頭競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)組織格局。行政權(quán)力部門分割、金融體系監(jiān)管分立、技術(shù)服務(wù)平臺(tái)分散等因素制約了金融一體化的發(fā)展。京津冀金融一體化的現(xiàn)實(shí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)顯示:促進(jìn)金融一體化發(fā)展,需要搭建服務(wù)平臺(tái)、推動(dòng)模式創(chuàng)新、加強(qiáng)機(jī)制建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:As an important means and carrier of cross-regional flow of elements, the development of financial integration is an important support for regional economic integration. This paper adopts the empirical analysis of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei data from 1978 to 2015. The development of financial integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is characterized by stages. The non-integration of regional finance is manifested in the regional blockade of financial management, the industrial organization pattern of market segmentation and oligopoly competition, and the division of administrative power departments. The development of financial integration is restricted by the separation of financial system supervision and technical service platform. The practical experience of Beijing Tianjin Hebei financial integration shows that to promote the development of financial integration we need to build a service platform. Promote model innovation and strengthen mechanism building.
