【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的快速發(fā)展，人民生活水平的大幅提高，諸多社會問題也隨之接踵而來，且呈現(xiàn)日益嚴(yán)峻的態(tài)勢。面臨日益嚴(yán)峻的人口問題，建設(shè)人口均衡發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會逐步為國家所重視和倡導(dǎo)。只有全面、正確地認(rèn)識了人口與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的關(guān)系，才能優(yōu)化配置，創(chuàng)造更大層面上的聚集效益、規(guī)模效益，把握區(qū)域人口與經(jīng)濟(jì)、資源以及環(huán)境之間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)全方位的可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。 本文在簡要分析浙江省近年來人口分布和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，通過測算人口重心和經(jīng)濟(jì)重心的變動軌跡和建立耦合度模型，對浙江省各個行政區(qū)域的人口分布與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的均衡性進(jìn)行深入的研究。進(jìn)而，，為了對區(qū)域人口分布提供科學(xué)的政策建議，本文又借助面板數(shù)據(jù)模型，對影響區(qū)域人口分布的主要因素進(jìn)行擬合、測度。 通過分析得到，近年來浙江省各個行政區(qū)域的人口分布和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在一定程度的偏離，舟山市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)快于人口規(guī)模，而溫臺地區(qū)由于人口的過度流入導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟(jì)聚集度低于人口聚集度，全省的其他地區(qū)則呈現(xiàn)人口分布和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相協(xié)調(diào)的良好狀態(tài)。在此基礎(chǔ)上，本文又通過個體固定效應(yīng)模型，發(fā)現(xiàn)衛(wèi)生水平、科技專利水平和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平是影響區(qū)域人口分布的三個主要因素。最后，以上述結(jié)果為依據(jù)，對制定適應(yīng)本區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的人口政策提供相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and society, the people's living standard has been greatly improved, and a lot of social problems have followed. Only by comprehensively and correctly understanding the relationship between population and economic growth can we optimize the allocation and create a greater level of collective benefits. In order to realize the sustainable and healthy development, we should grasp the coordinated development of regional population, economy, resources and environment. Based on a brief analysis of the population distribution and economic development in Zhejiang Province in recent years, this paper calculates the changing trajectory of population center of gravity and center of economic gravity and establishes a model of coupling degree. In order to provide scientific policy recommendations for regional population distribution, this paper makes use of panel data model to study the balance of population distribution and economic development in every administrative region of Zhejiang Province. The main factors affecting the regional population distribution are fitted and measured. Through the analysis, in recent years, the population distribution and economic development of various administrative regions in Zhejiang Province have deviated to a certain extent, the economic development of Zhoushan City is much faster than the population scale. However, due to the excessive inflow of population in Wentai area, the degree of economic aggregation is lower than that of population concentration, while other areas of the province present a good state of coordination between population distribution and economic development. Through the individual fixed effect model, it is found that the health level, the level of science and technology patent and the level of economic development are the three main factors affecting the regional population distribution. Finally, based on the above results. To formulate the population policy to adapt to the level of economic development in the region to provide corresponding recommendations.
