【摘要】：基層人民銀行作為總行的派出機(jī)構(gòu),是人民銀行總行的重要支撐,具有承上啟下、不可替代的作用,是全面履行中央銀行職責(zé)的重要基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)深入分析基層人民銀行在新形勢(shì)下依法履職過(guò)程中存在的難點(diǎn),對(duì)基層人民銀行創(chuàng)新履職提出了建議�；鶎尤嗣胥y行是人民銀行總行的派出機(jī)構(gòu),是人民銀行履職的前沿,承擔(dān)著執(zhí)行和傳導(dǎo)貨幣政策、支持區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)金融發(fā)展、維護(hù)轄區(qū)金融穩(wěn)定、提供優(yōu)質(zhì)金融服務(wù)的重任,有效地履行好基層央行職責(zé),發(fā)揮好基層人民銀行作用,責(zé)任重大。在當(dāng)前新形勢(shì)下,基層人民銀行及時(shí)調(diào)整工作思路,在突出金融調(diào)控重點(diǎn)、強(qiáng)化內(nèi)部管理、提升服務(wù)層次等方面取得了顯著成績(jī),但同時(shí)在履職過(guò)程中遇到一些與履職要求不相適應(yīng)的困難和問(wèn)題,如何適應(yīng)新形勢(shì),有效創(chuàng)新履職,既是當(dāng)務(wù)之急,也是長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:As an agency of the head office of the grassroots people's Bank, is the important support of the people's Bank of China has a irreplaceable role, is an important basis to fully perform the functions of the central bank. Through in-depth analysis of the difficulties existing in the grassroots people's Bank of China under the new situation in the process of performing their duties according to law, suggestions on the innovation performance of the grassroots people's Bank of China is put forward. The grassroots people's Bank is an agency of the people's Bank of China, the people's Bank is a leading performance of their duties, undertakes implementing monetary policy, the financial support of the development of regional economy, maintain financial stability, the responsibility to provide quality financial services, effectively fulfill the duty to play a good role in the grassroots people's Bank of China, a great responsibility in the current. Under the new situation, the grassroots people's bank timely adjustment of ideas, in a prominent financial regulation focus, strengthen internal management, improve service level and Remarkable achievements have been made, but at the same time, there are some difficulties and problems which are not suitable for performance requirements in the process of performance. How to adapt to the new situation and effectively innovate their duties is a priority and long-term strategy.
