【摘要】:隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的改革不斷深入和發(fā)展,使得區(qū)域物流受到了越來越多方面的關(guān)注。區(qū)域物流建設(shè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中擁有著重要的地位。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)物流成為了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新增長點(diǎn),而且區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)物流在新世紀(jì)的產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略當(dāng)中也占據(jù)著重要地位。通過區(qū)域物流可以有效的提升本區(qū)域流通效率和降低區(qū)域物流成本。京津冀是我國政治、文化中心,這里屬于人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)高度密集區(qū),也是我國目前經(jīng)濟(jì)開放程度和發(fā)展速度最快的地區(qū)之一以及出口和外商投資最重要的地區(qū)之一。區(qū)域物流在該地區(qū)的發(fā)展中占比重大。京津冀擁有著獨(dú)特的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、交通優(yōu)勢、經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢,再加上有利的外部環(huán)境,使得該地區(qū)成為了目前國內(nèi)物流需求量最大的地區(qū)。但由于受到觀念落后、行政區(qū)劃不合理、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平限制等因素的影響,該地區(qū)在區(qū)域物流整合方面沒有達(dá)到長三角、珠三角地區(qū)那樣完整的系統(tǒng)。這嚴(yán)重阻礙了地區(qū)的物流一體化發(fā)展,影響地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展下區(qū)域物流的發(fā)展一方面是當(dāng)?shù)匚锪靼l(fā)展的自身需要,另一方面也是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然。同時實(shí)現(xiàn)京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展下物流模式,還將會有助于提升京津冀地區(qū)的綜合競爭力,促進(jìn)該地區(qū)全面健康可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。從目前來看該地區(qū)還存在著觀念落后、政策不利、協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制不完善等問題,需要進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和完善。文章利用文獻(xiàn)梳理法、定性定量結(jié)合法、實(shí)證分析法、歸納研究法等方法,集中對京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展下物流模式進(jìn)行分析與研究,指出當(dāng)前京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展下物流實(shí)現(xiàn)模式應(yīng)當(dāng)從物流節(jié)點(diǎn)一體化、物流通道一體化、物流企業(yè)一體化、物流信息平臺一體化入手,具體實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑需要從轉(zhuǎn)變政府管理方式、完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、加快物流信息化建設(shè)以及推進(jìn)物流企業(yè)優(yōu)化整合方面著手實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:With the deepening and development of China's market economic system, regional logistics has been paid more and more attention. The construction of regional logistics plays an important role in the economic development. Regional economic logistics has become a new growth point of economic development. And regional economic logistics also occupies an important position in the industrial strategy in the new century. Through regional logistics can effectively improve the efficiency of regional circulation and reduce regional logistics costs. Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is the politics of our country. Cultural Center, this is a highly populated and economically concentrated area. It is also one of the regions with the fastest economic opening and development, and one of the most important regions for export and foreign investment. Regional logistics accounts for a large proportion of the development of the region. Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have a unique location. Advantages. Transportation advantage, economic advantage, and favorable external environment make this area become the most demand area of domestic logistics at present. However, due to the concept of backward, the administrative division is unreasonable. Economic development level constraints and other factors, this area in the integration of regional logistics did not reach the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta region as a complete system, which seriously hindered the development of regional logistics integration. The development of regional logistics under the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is one of the local logistics development needs. On the other hand, it is the necessity of regional economic development. At the same time, the realization of the logistics model under the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei will also help to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. To promote the overall healthy and sustainable development of the region. From the current point of view, there are still some problems in the region, such as backward concept, unfavorable policy, imperfect coordination mechanism, and so on. The paper uses literature combing method, qualitative and quantitative combination method, empirical analysis method, inductive research method and other methods to focus on the analysis and research of logistics model under the cooperative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. The paper points out that the logistics realization mode under the cooperation development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei should start with the integration of logistics node, logistics channel, logistics enterprise and logistics information platform. The concrete realization path should be carried out from the aspects of changing the government management mode, perfecting the infrastructure construction, speeding up the logistics informatization construction and promoting the logistics enterprise optimization and integration.
