【摘要】：人才培養(yǎng)是大學(xué)的根本任務(wù),提高質(zhì)量是大學(xué)的永恒主題,是高校教育改革發(fā)展最核心最緊迫的任務(wù)。獨(dú)立學(xué)院作為推動(dòng)社會(huì)發(fā)展進(jìn)步和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的有生力量,更是有效推動(dòng)高等教育面向區(qū)域發(fā)展的一支重要生力軍。當(dāng)前,獨(dú)立學(xué)院在向應(yīng)用技術(shù)型高校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,面臨思想觀念和制度建設(shè)等方面的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。為此,獨(dú)立學(xué)院必須認(rèn)清邏輯起點(diǎn),更新思想觀念;政府部門(mén)必須加快建立高校分類(lèi)管理體系,引導(dǎo)獨(dú)立學(xué)院合理規(guī)劃、成功轉(zhuǎn)型;獨(dú)立學(xué)院自身在實(shí)踐層面應(yīng)結(jié)合自身特色,抓住改革重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of talents is the basic task of the university, and improving the quality is the eternal theme of the university. It is the most important and urgent task for the reform and development of higher education. The independent college is the new force to promote social development and regional economic construction. It is also an important force to promote the regional development of higher education. At present, the independent college is in the process of transformation and development to the applied technology university. Facing the severe challenge of ideological concept and system construction, the independent college must recognize the logical starting point and renew the ideological concept. Government departments must speed up the establishment of university classification management system to guide the rational planning of independent colleges and successful transformation; The independent college itself should combine its own characteristics in practice and grasp the key points of reform.
