【摘要】：對區(qū)域物流產業(yè)中滿足用戶需求的預測,可更好的分析區(qū)域物流產業(yè)的發(fā)展情況。因此,需要對非線性回歸問題進行優(yōu)化求解,完成區(qū)域物流產業(yè)滿足用戶需求的預測。傳統(tǒng)方法融合于最小二乘法組建區(qū)域物流產業(yè)需求方程,對區(qū)域物流產業(yè)需求進行擬合,但忽略了對其擬合結果進行優(yōu)化求解,導致預測精度低。提出區(qū)域物流產業(yè)滿足用戶需求預測算法。上述算法先組建區(qū)域物流產業(yè)經濟狀態(tài)時間序列模型,計算出區(qū)域的物流需求量,融合于支持向量機理論給出影響區(qū)域物流發(fā)展的主要因索,將需求預測問題轉換為區(qū)域物流產業(yè)經濟非線性回歸問題,將區(qū)域物流產業(yè)需求數據映射至高維的特征空間,對非線性回歸問題進行優(yōu)化求解,依據結果完成對區(qū)域物流產業(yè)滿足用戶需求預測。實驗結果表明,所提算法精度高,為保障物流產業(yè)與區(qū)域經濟協(xié)調穩(wěn)定發(fā)展提供了科學的依據。
[Abstract]:The forecast of meeting the customer's demand in the regional logistics industry can better analyze the development of the regional logistics industry. Therefore, the nonlinear regression problem needs to be solved optimally. The traditional method is combined with the least square method to set up the regional logistics industry demand equation and fit the regional logistics industry demand. But neglecting the optimization of the fitting results, the prediction accuracy is low. A forecasting algorithm for regional logistics industry to meet the needs of users is proposed. Firstly, the economic state time series model of regional logistics industry is established. The demand of regional logistics is calculated, and the main factors that affect the development of regional logistics are given by integrating the theory of support vector machine, and the problem of demand forecasting is transformed into the problem of nonlinear regression of regional logistics industry economy. The regional logistics industry demand data is mapped to the high-dimensional feature space, the nonlinear regression problem is solved optimally, and the customer demand forecast of the regional logistics industry is completed according to the results. The experimental results show that. The proposed algorithm has high accuracy and provides a scientific basis for the coordinated and stable development of logistics industry and regional economy.
