【摘要】：改革開放以來，我國金融總量持續(xù)增長，金融結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生顯著變化。伴隨著金融業(yè)的快速成長，我國金融發(fā)展的區(qū)域差異越來越明顯，金融資源配置的不平衡性日益嚴(yán)重。本文以山東省為例，對山東各地區(qū)金融發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行測度，從規(guī)模和效率兩個角度研究區(qū)域金融發(fā)展差異，分析區(qū)域金融發(fā)展的變化特征并提出政策建議。 本文首先選取山東省17個主要城市的人均存款余額、人均貸款余額、人均金融業(yè)職工數(shù)、金融相關(guān)比率、保險(xiǎn)密度、保險(xiǎn)深度等指標(biāo)，構(gòu)建地區(qū)金融發(fā)展水平綜合評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，并運(yùn)用因子分析方法對山東省區(qū)域金融發(fā)展水平及其差異進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià)。其次，基于上述實(shí)證分析數(shù)據(jù)，研究歸納山東省區(qū)域金融發(fā)展差異的原因。最后，從區(qū)域金融角度，提出推進(jìn)山東省金融發(fā)展的政策建議。 數(shù)據(jù)顯示，山東省17個地市間綜合因子得分差距很大、金融發(fā)展因子和效率因子得分存在差異、各區(qū)域間金融發(fā)展不平衡。區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的差異、區(qū)域地理區(qū)位的差異、區(qū)域金融意識的差異、區(qū)域金融機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展程度的差異等因素是影響區(qū)域金融發(fā)展差異的重要因素。研究建議，，應(yīng)逐步縮小區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差異、加強(qiáng)金融中心的輻射力度及培育區(qū)域金融發(fā)展增長極、培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)金融人才、建立多層次的金融市場體系，推動區(qū)域金融發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's total financial growth, financial structure changed significantly. With the rapid growth of the financial industry, regional differences of China's financial development is more and more obvious, the financial resource allocation imbalance is increasingly serious. Taking Shandong Province as an example, to measure the level of financial development in various regions of Shandong, from the scale and efficiency of the two regional financial development perspective differences, analysis of variation characteristics of regional financial development and policy recommendations.
This article first selected per capita deposits of 17 main city of Shandong Province, the per capita loan balance, per capita financial sector staff number, financial ratio, insurance density, insurance depth index, constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system of regional financial development, using factor analysis and comprehensive evaluation method for Shandong province regional financial development level and differences. Secondly, the empirical analysis based on the data of Shandong Province, the reasons summed up the regional financial development differences. Finally, from the perspective of regional finance, financial development in Shandong province put forward policy suggestions.
Data show that the gap between the comprehensive factor score of 17 cities in Shandong Province, financial development factor and efficiency factor score differences, regional financial development is not balanced. The difference of the level of regional economic development, regional differences in geographical location, regional differences in financial awareness, factors of the development degree of regional financial institutions is an important difference the influencing factors of regional financial development differences. Studies suggest, should gradually reduce the differences of regional economic development, strengthen the radiation intensity of financial center and cultivate regional financial development growth pole, high - quality financial personnel training, the establishment of a multi-level financial market system, promote regional financial development.
