【摘要】：遺址文化是歷史留給世人的寶貴財富。隨著體驗經濟的到來,以遺址公園為開發(fā)模式的遺址旅游能夠滿足人們穿越時空、追尋歷史、重返自然的愿望與要求,在旅游過程中獲取信息,享受來自歷史的震撼與思考,成為最具生命力和發(fā)展前景的旅游形式。我國遺址旅游發(fā)展較晚,對這類旅游資源的認識、理解和探索、開發(fā)都尚處于起步階段,缺乏系統(tǒng)性研究和實踐檢驗。 本文系統(tǒng)科學分析遺址公園開發(fā)的宏觀因素和微觀因素,提出遺址公園開發(fā)條件的評價方法；以案例分析為出發(fā)點,從國內外遺址公園的開發(fā)案例中,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題,分析和歸納出具有共性的問題和借鑒之處,探索和總結遺址公園開發(fā)建設的經驗,同時結合文化產業(yè)的開發(fā),探索文化產業(yè)園建設之路；以遺址公園旅游開發(fā)模式的理論研究為核心,從國內外整個行業(yè)、發(fā)展歷程出發(fā),對遺址公園開發(fā)進行對比分析和實證總結,探索遺址公園模式的比較優(yōu)勢,總結出理論成果,提出馬家窯彩陶文化產業(yè)園基于文化體驗和旅游價值的具體開發(fā)對策和運營管理措施,逐步拓展分析馬家窯遺址公園所應具備的各種條件,本文對開發(fā)模式的研究中充分考慮了旅游和文化產業(yè)的關聯(lián)性,以遺址旅游與文化產業(yè)的互動發(fā)展為研究的重點方向,通過對遺址公園的開發(fā)實現(xiàn)區(qū)域產業(yè)的提升,深化了遺址旅游開發(fā)對區(qū)域經濟、區(qū)域產業(yè)、城市發(fā)展的功能,提出科學性、指導性的戰(zhàn)略思路,力圖在實踐中豐富和完善。 本文的研究對象是基于遺址公園的馬家窯彩陶文化產業(yè)園,該項目是一個正在實施的甘肅省文化產業(yè)重點項目,已列入國家“華夏文明傳承創(chuàng)新區(qū)”重點項目和甘肅省文化產業(yè)十二五規(guī)劃,項目的落地實施對當?shù)亟ㄔO和甘肅省文化產業(yè)發(fā)展有示范效應,在探索經濟欠發(fā)達地區(qū)遺址旅游資源的文化價值向經濟價值和社會價值的轉化之路。文章中的實證研究部分就是在對馬家窯文化遺址及相關資源環(huán)境研究的基礎上,針對馬家窯彩陶文化產業(yè)園的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、產業(yè)布局、相關產品及運營發(fā)展做出系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃。力爭探索出遺跡旅游和文化產業(yè)園建設相結合的發(fā)展模式,在實踐層面對研究的成果進行印證。
[Abstract]:Site culture is a precious treasure left by history. With the coming of experience economy, site tourism based on site park can satisfy people's desire and requirement to travel through time and space, pursue history and return to nature. In the process of tourism to obtain information, enjoy the shock and reflection from history, become the most vitality and development prospects of tourism forms. China's heritage tourism development is relatively late, the understanding of this kind of tourism resources, understanding and exploration. Development is still in its infancy, lacking systematic research and practical testing. This paper systematically and scientifically analyzes the macro and micro factors of site park development, and puts forward the evaluation method of site park development condition. Taking case analysis as the starting point, from the development cases of the domestic and foreign ruins park, find the problem, analyze the problem, analyze and sum up the common problems and draw lessons from them. To explore and sum up the experience of the development and construction of the ruins park, and at the same time, to explore the road of the construction of the cultural industry park by combining the development of the cultural industry; Based on the theoretical research of the tourism development model of the site park and the whole industry at home and abroad, the comparative analysis and empirical summary of the development of the site park are carried out, and the comparative advantages of the model of the site park are explored. Summarize the theoretical results, put forward the Majiayao pottery cultural industrial park based on cultural experience and tourism value of the specific development countermeasures and operational management measures, gradually expand the analysis of the Majiayao site park should have a variety of conditions. In this paper, the development model of tourism and cultural industry in the study of the full consideration of the relevance of heritage tourism and cultural industry for the interactive development of the focus of the research direction. Through the development of the site park to achieve the promotion of regional industry, deepen the heritage tourism development on the regional economy, regional industry, urban development function, put forward scientific, guiding strategic thinking. Try to enrich and perfect in practice. The research object of this paper is the Majiayao pottery cultural industry park based on the ruins park. This project is a key project of Gansu province culture industry which is being implemented. Has been listed in the national "China Civilization inheritance and Innovation Zone" key projects and Gansu Province's cultural industry 12th Five-Year Plan, the implementation of the project to the local construction and Gansu Province cultural industry development has a demonstration effect. In order to explore the way to transform the cultural value of tourism resources into economic value and social value in underdeveloped areas, the empirical study in this paper is based on the study of Majiayao cultural sites and related resources and environment. Go. Aiming at the development strategy, industrial layout, related products and operation development of Majiayao painted pottery cultural industrial park, this paper tries to explore the development model of the combination of heritage tourism and cultural industry park construction. At the practical level, the research results are verified.
