[Abstract]:The traditional feed industry began to produce in China in the middle and late 1970s and began to mature in the 21st century. At this time, the growth rate of the feed industry slowed down, and the feed market showed a situation of oversupply. As a direct result of the decline of average industry profit and the increase of investment risk, if enterprises want to seek development in this predicament, they need to make new explorations, such as product or market. As a result, more and more attention has been paid to protein feed. However, according to the related data, protein resources are in short supply in the world, and the acquisition of protein resources has become a worldwide problem. This problem is particularly prominent in China, the lack of feed protein resources has seriously hindered the development of feed industry, livestock, aquaculture. In order to seek the development of feed and upstream and downstream industries, enterprises must start from the source protein, widen the source and find a new production outlet. Therefore, people attach great importance to the development and utilization of unconventional protein resources. However, with the rapid information flow, how to obtain the competitive advantage in the fierce market competition and how to maintain the existing competitive advantage for a long time. Has become more and more worthy of protein feed raw materials enterprises to explore the problem. Based on the relevant knowledge of the core competence of enterprises, this paper finds that the definition of core competence of enterprises is not a unified concept by combing the literature about the core competence of enterprises at home and abroad. In this paper, we take the concept of "core competence" based on Barton's view of knowledge, that is, "core competence" refers to the proprietary knowledge and information that is unique to the enterprise, which is difficult to trade and brings competitive advantage to the enterprise. It is the knowledge system that the enterprise possesses to provide the competitive advantage "as the theoretical basis for the discussion, aiming at the characteristics of value, uniqueness, extensibility, dynamic and long-term cultivation of the core competence of the enterprise," Combined with the constituent elements and structural model of enterprise core competence, this paper makes a deep and concrete analysis on the construction of enterprise core competence. The case enterprise in this paper is Inner Mongolia Biotechnology Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as M Company. The article first analyzes the status quo of enterprise development, corporate culture, Then, through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises in the existing market competition and the threats and opportunities faced by the enterprises through the SWOT analysis, it is found that the enterprises have two major advantages: scale advantage and policy advantage. There are outstanding disadvantages in brand awareness and talent resources. The main threats to enterprises come from fierce market competition and increasingly open international market pressure. The opportunities faced by enterprises mainly come from the policy environment. This is also the performance of enterprise advantage. At the same time, the article analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise. Finally, the paper analyzes the construction of core competence of M Company, and thinks that the enterprise is in the core products of differentiation, advanced production equipment, among the elements of core competitiveness. The emphasis on technology research and development has shown more outstanding advantages, but the lack of professional talent resources and the inadequate measurement of economic benefits brought about by technology. Finally, it comes to the conclusion that the core competence of the enterprise still needs to be perfected gradually in the later development process.
