旅游用地生態(tài)效應(yīng)及調(diào)控研究框架設(shè)計

【摘要】：旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展和不合理的土地利用方式對資源環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展帶來了潛在的威脅,對環(huán)境造成一定的破壞和污染。旅游行業(yè)急需建立旅游用地生態(tài)效應(yīng)評估和監(jiān)管制度。目前,對旅游用地引起的生態(tài)效應(yīng)的研究還處于定性描述探索階段,缺乏深入系統(tǒng)的研究,理論體系也相當(dāng)不成熟。旅游學(xué)科急需構(gòu)建理論研究框架體系,對旅游用地生態(tài)效應(yīng)及調(diào)控機制研究進行系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃和設(shè)計。本文在前人研究基礎(chǔ)上,針對理論與實踐的需要,設(shè)計旅游用地生態(tài)效應(yīng)及調(diào)控機制系統(tǒng)研究框架(基礎(chǔ)研究層面、技術(shù)層面、政策建議)和研究內(nèi)容計劃(旅游用地分類體系研究、旅游用地生態(tài)效應(yīng)機制研究、生態(tài)效應(yīng)調(diào)控機制研究、旅游用地生態(tài)效應(yīng)調(diào)控政策建議、成果展示與推廣),期望能對我國旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)用地生態(tài)效應(yīng)研究起到拋磚引玉和理論啟迪的作用。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of tourism industry and unreasonable land use mode bring potential threat to the sustainable development of resources and environment, and cause certain damage and pollution to the environment. The tourism industry urgently needs to establish the evaluation and supervision system of the ecological effect of tourism land. At present, the study of ecological effects caused by tourism land is still in the stage of qualitative description and exploration, lack of in-depth and systematic research, and the theoretical system is also quite immature. The tourism discipline urgently needs to construct the theoretical research framework system, carries on the systematic planning and the design to the tourism land ecology effect and the regulation mechanism research. On the basis of previous studies, according to the needs of theory and practice, this paper designs a systematic research framework (basic research level, technical level, policy recommendations) and research content plan (research on tourism land classification system, tourism land ecological effect mechanism, ecological effect control mechanism, tourism land ecological effect regulation and control policy recommendations, results display and promotion). It is expected to play an important role in the study of the ecological effect of tourism industry land use in China.
