【摘要】：人類進入工業(yè)時代之后，隨著經(jīng)濟突飛猛進的發(fā)展，人民的生活水平也得到了很大的提高。但與此同時，二氧化碳的排放量劇增，環(huán)境遭到嚴(yán)重的破壞，生態(tài)平衡無法維持，這都敲響了注重環(huán)境保護的警鐘。2009年哥本哈根會議之后，全球?qū)夂蜃兓瘑栴}高度重視，發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟被提到了戰(zhàn)略的高度。旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)是社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要組成部分之一，這就要求它必須以低碳經(jīng)濟思想為指導(dǎo)，統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃，實施全方位的低碳戰(zhàn)略，創(chuàng)新旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的低碳化發(fā)展。在旅游界，發(fā)展低碳旅游已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今的旅游發(fā)展趨勢。 本文基于低碳經(jīng)濟、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟、生態(tài)旅游和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論，探討了低碳旅游的概念和內(nèi)涵，并選取山西晉城這樣一個旅游資源十分豐富的地區(qū)作為研究對象，采用了文獻分析法、實證分析法和模型分析法，在晉城市旅游資源研究基礎(chǔ)上，構(gòu)建晉城市低碳旅游發(fā)展和運行模式，為晉城市旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)依據(jù)，具有重要的理論和實踐意義。 本文共分五個部分，第一部分主要闡述本次研究的背景、研究目的及意義等基本問題。第二部分則是具體闡述有關(guān)低碳旅游的理論知識，并分析了低碳經(jīng)濟、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟、生態(tài)旅游和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論對本次研究的影響和作用。第三部分主要介紹了當(dāng)前晉城市的一些具體情況，并運用SWOT方法對晉城市旅游進行了詳細分析。第四部分是關(guān)于晉城市走低碳旅游道路發(fā)展的模式構(gòu)建，設(shè)計了晉城市低碳旅游開發(fā)總體思路、原則、目標(biāo)及模式的構(gòu)建和運行，并進行了具體案例分析。第五部分為本文的結(jié)尾部分，對此次的研究成果進行了總體的概述。本文致力于山西晉城市低碳旅游發(fā)展的研究，分析了其發(fā)展低碳旅游的優(yōu)勢和不足，，構(gòu)建了其發(fā)展模式，并期待有政策的支持來保障低碳旅游長足的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:After mankind entered the industrial age, with the rapid development of economy, the living standard of the people has also been greatly improved. But at the same time, carbon dioxide emissions have soared, the environment has been seriously damaged, and the ecological balance can not be maintained, which is a wake-up call for environmental protection. After the 2009 Copenhagen Conference, the global attention to climate change has been highly valued, and the development of a low-carbon economy has been mentioned as a strategic height. Tourism industry is one of the important components of social and economic development, which requires it to take the thought of low-carbon economy as a guide, plan as a whole, implement all-round low-carbon strategy, and innovate the low-carbon development of tourism industry. In the tourism industry, the development of low-carbon tourism has become the trend of tourism development. Based on the theories of low carbon economy, circular economy, ecotourism and sustainable development, this paper discusses the concept and connotation of low carbon tourism, and selects Jincheng, Shanxi Province, as a region with rich tourism resources as the research object, adopts literature analysis, empirical analysis and model analysis, and constructs the development and operation mode of low carbon tourism in Jincheng City on the basis of the research of tourism resources in Jincheng City. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to provide scientific basis for sustainable development of tourism in Jincheng City. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part mainly expounds the background, purpose and significance of this study. The second part expounds the theoretical knowledge of low-carbon tourism, and analyzes the influence and function of low-carbon economy, circular economy, ecotourism and sustainable development theory on this study. The third part mainly introduces some concrete situation of Jincheng city at present, and uses SWOT method to analyze Jincheng city tourism in detail. The fourth part is about the construction of the development model of low-carbon tourism road in Jincheng City, and designs the overall thinking, principles, objectives and mode of low-carbon tourism development in Jincheng City, and carries on the concrete case analysis. The fifth part is the end of this paper, which gives an overall overview of the research results. This paper focuses on the development of low-carbon tourism in Jincheng City, Shanxi Province, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of its development of low-carbon tourism, constructs its development model, and looks forward to the support of policies to ensure the considerable development of low-carbon tourism.
