【摘要】：旅游業(yè)已經(jīng)成為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要增長點(diǎn)和轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的戰(zhàn)略性支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。中國的水資源非常豐富,水庫旅游也逐漸成為旅游發(fā)展的重要形式之一。邊界共生型水庫是跨越行政區(qū)界限的水庫,在其旅游開發(fā)中由于利益主體的復(fù)雜性,在旅游資源保護(hù)、開發(fā)和利用過程中利益沖突日益凸顯,嚴(yán)重影響和制約了水庫旅游開發(fā)的力度和整體效益的發(fā)揮。因此,在邊界共生型水庫旅游開發(fā)中,重視各利益相關(guān)者的利益訴求,尋求利益協(xié)調(diào)措施,對于解決跨越行政區(qū)域旅游利益沖突,實(shí)現(xiàn)水庫旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展顯得至關(guān)重要。 本文以邊界共生型水庫旅游開發(fā)為研究對象,借鑒利益相關(guān)者理論,剖析了水庫旅游開發(fā)中的區(qū)間利益沖突和區(qū)內(nèi)利益沖突,提出跨越不同行政區(qū)域的旅游開發(fā)利益協(xié)調(diào)措施。本文分為六章,第一章為緒論,包括論文的寫作背景、意義、國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論研究進(jìn)展以及研究思路、方法和技術(shù)路線；第二章提出邊界共生型水庫旅游的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)和開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀；第三章分析了邊界共生型水庫旅游開發(fā)中的利益格局,界定了利益相關(guān)者,并從從區(qū)間和區(qū)內(nèi)兩個(gè)層面出發(fā)闡述了水庫旅游開發(fā)中的利益主體的利益要求和利益沖突；第四章運(yùn)用合作博弈的的理念來協(xié)調(diào)沖突,初步構(gòu)建利益沖突協(xié)調(diào)的有效途徑；第五章以江西廬山西海為案例,把本文的理論與廬山西海的實(shí)踐結(jié)合起來探討；第六章對論文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)并提出研究展望。
[Abstract]:Tourism has become an important growth point of China's economic development and a strategic pillar industry to change the mode of economic development. China is rich in water resources, and reservoir tourism has gradually become one of the important forms of tourism development. Boundary symbiotic reservoir is a reservoir that straddles the boundaries of administrative region. Due to the complexity of interest subjects and the conflict of interest in the process of tourism resources protection, development and utilization, the conflict of interest has become increasingly prominent in the process of tourism development, which seriously affects and restricts the development of reservoir tourism and the overall benefit. Therefore, in the development of border symbiotic reservoir tourism, it is very important to attach importance to the interests of various stakeholders and seek interest coordination measures in order to solve the conflict of tourism interests across administrative areas and realize the sustainable development of reservoir tourism. This paper takes the boundary symbiotic reservoir tourism development as the research object, draws lessons from the stakeholder theory, analyzes the interval interest conflict and the regional interest conflict in the reservoir tourism development, and puts forward the coordination measures of the tourism development interest across different administrative areas. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, including the writing background, significance, domestic and foreign related theoretical research progress, research ideas, methods and technical routes, the second chapter puts forward the connotation, characteristics and development status of boundary symbiotic reservoir tourism. The third chapter analyzes the interest pattern in the tourism development of the boundary symbiotic reservoir, defines the stakeholders, and expounds the interest requirements and conflicts of interest of the stakeholders in the reservoir tourism development from the two levels of interval and region, the fourth chapter uses the concept of cooperative game to coordinate the conflict, and initially constructs the effective way of the coordination of the conflict of interest. The fifth chapter takes the West Sea of Lushan Mountain in Jiangxi Province as an example to combine the theory of this paper with the practice of the West Sea of Lushan Mountain. The sixth chapter summarizes the paper and puts forward the research prospect.
