重大事件對舉辦地旅游形象的影響——2010上海世博會為例

【摘要】:通過調研數(shù)據(jù)分析處理,建立重大事件對舉辦地旅游形象影響的游客感知測量模型,分析差異規(guī)律,建構SEM模型探索游客感知對其行為影響關系。結果表明:①重大事件旅游形象影響的游客感知模型包括旅游便利影響、城市形象影響、城市功能影響、城市吸引影響等4個維度。②世博會對上海旅游形象影響的游客感知顯著,不同群體感知強度差異明顯,女性群體高于男性,已婚群體高于未婚,參觀過世博會的群體高于未參觀過的群體,本地游客(居民)感知高于外地游客。③世博會對上海旅游形象影響的游客感知呈現(xiàn)一定空間分異規(guī)律,在旅游便利和旅游吸引影響維度上,客源空間距離越遠游客感知值越小;而在城市功能和城市形象影響維度上,客源距離越遠游客感知越顯著。④游客感知的4個維度中,旅游吸引影響維度對旅游者(居民)行為影響顯著,其他維度影響不顯著。開展重大事件對旅游地形象影響研究,對重大事件在我國的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有理論與實踐意義。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis and processing of the investigation data, the tourist perception measurement model of the influence of major events on the tourism image of the host place is established, the difference law is analyzed, and the SEM model is constructed to explore the relationship between tourists' perception and their behavior. The results show that: (1) the tourist perception model of the influence of tourism image of major events includes four dimensions: the influence of tourism convenience, the influence of urban image, the influence of urban function and the influence of urban attraction. 2 the perception intensity of Expo on Shanghai tourism image is significant, the perceived intensity of different groups is obviously different, the female group is higher than the male group, the married group is higher than the unmarried group, and the group who has visited the Expo is higher than the unvisited group. The perception of local tourists (residents) is higher than that of foreign tourists. (3) the tourists' perception of the impact of Expo on Shanghai tourism image shows a certain spatial differentiation law. In the dimension of tourism convenience and tourism attraction, the farther away the tourist space is, the smaller the tourist perception value is; In the dimension of urban function and urban image, the farther away the tourist source is, the more significant the tourist perception is. 4 among the four dimensions of tourist perception, the influence dimension of tourism attraction has a significant impact on the behavior of tourists (residents), but the influence of other dimensions is not significant. It is of theoretical and practical significance to carry out the research on the influence of major events on the image of tourist destination, which is of theoretical and practical significance to the sustainable development of major events in China.
