A旅行社導(dǎo)游人員的薪酬再設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:According to the interpretation of the regulations on the Administration of Tour guides, a tour guide refers to a person who obtains a tour guide certificate, is appointed by a travel agency, and provides guides, explanations and related tourism services to tourists. Tour guide is the professional and technical personnel who work in the front line of the whole tourism industry, and the tour guide is the person who provides services directly for tourists in the whole tourism process, and is also the person who contacts the most people. Therefore, the service quality of tour guide will directly affect the direct evaluation of the whole experience of a tourism, and also directly affect the overall evaluation of travel agency, tourism destination and tourism industry. Therefore, the work of the tour guide is very important. However, at present, the salary design of the tour guide of A travel agency is not reasonable, which leads to the lack of the protection of the basic living needs of the tour guide, the damage to the professional image of the tour guide and the damage to the interests of tourists. Travel agencies and tourist destinations, as well as the image of the tourism industry damaged vicious circle. Based on the field investigation, this paper analyzes the income and salary structure of tour guides under the current tour guide salary system of A travel agency, based on the theory of performance wage, the theory of sharing wages and the theory of two factors. Raise the problem and its adverse effects. On this basis, this paper redesigns the salary structure of A travel agency tour guide in Aba Prefecture. It is pointed out that the salary of tour guides should include the basic wages that can guarantee the basic living needs of tour guides and reflect the labor of tour guides, the performance wages that can reflect the performance level of tour guides, and the legitimate commissions that can enable tour guides to share the effectiveness of their work and promote the enthusiasm of their work. And can enhance the tour guide professional identity, stimulate the tour guide work enthusiasm welfare and can increase the tour guide income and promote the tour guide to improve the service quality virtuous circle tip. Finally, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the salary structure of the new A travel agency tour guide.
