【摘要】：紅色旅游作為一種特殊的旅游產(chǎn)品，在對廣大人民進行愛國主義教育和思想政治教育方面有特殊的意義,特別是對青少年的成長意義重大。隨著《2004—2010年全國紅色旅游發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》的頒布與實施，近年來紅色旅游的發(fā)展日益成熟。而《2011-2015年全國紅色旅游發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》的頒布，為紅色旅游未來五年的發(fā)展指明了方向，政府對紅色旅游的推動和引導，使紅色旅游這一新興產(chǎn)業(yè)得以快速發(fā)展。紅色旅游的發(fā)展，使更多的人了解了革命歷史和傳統(tǒng)，而它作為一種產(chǎn)品，對革命老區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展也起到推動作用，對鞏固中國共產(chǎn)黨的執(zhí)政地位也有著重要的意義。紅色旅游的科學發(fā)展，關鍵是以科學發(fā)展觀為指導，，對紅色旅游在經(jīng)濟、社會功能方面的不斷深入和創(chuàng)新，對紅色旅游思想教育功能的拓展和延伸。 山西省紅色旅游資源豐富，保留了濃厚的革命傳統(tǒng)，留下了眾多的革命遺跡。在建黨初期和土地革命時期，山西各地都積極地、不遺余力地支援前線，為革命斗爭貢獻自己的力量；進入抗戰(zhàn)時期，山西人民在中國共產(chǎn)黨的領導下，與日本侵略者進行了不屈不撓的英勇斗爭，并依托山西省境內(nèi)的太行山和呂梁山兩大天然的屏障，建立了影響力極大的晉察冀、晉冀魯豫、晉綏三大革命根據(jù)地，正是依靠這三大根據(jù)地和根據(jù)地人民的支持和擁護，中國共產(chǎn)黨才能打敗日本侵略者的進攻；在解放戰(zhàn)爭時期，全省人民在黨的領導下與國民黨反動派斗智斗勇，最終取得了革命的偉大勝利。革命的歷史留下了寶貴的革命遺產(chǎn)，紅色旅游正是依托這些時期留下的寶貴資源不斷發(fā)展和提高。 紅色旅游相對其他形式的旅游來講，有它的特殊性。因為它是社會主義核心價值體系中的重要組成部分，在對廣大人民特別是青少年一代進行愛國主義教育以及思想政治教育中占有重要地位。因此本文立足于山西省紅色旅游發(fā)展的省情，對山西省紅色旅游發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析，并提出了山西省紅色旅游發(fā)展過程中面臨的一些問題，如片面追求經(jīng)濟利益，忽視紅色旅游的社會和文化效益，紅色旅游發(fā)展過程中人才缺乏等，這些問題影響了山西省紅色旅游的進一步發(fā)展。針對這些問題，本文重點就如何更好的使紅色旅游發(fā)揮它的社會功能，在實現(xiàn)紅色旅游經(jīng)濟效益的同時，提高紅色旅游的社會效益，深化紅色旅游的教育功能，使山西省紅色旅游的發(fā)展做到科學發(fā)展觀所倡導的以人為本、全面、協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展，使山西省紅色旅游發(fā)展提高到一個全新的層次，從而實現(xiàn)紅色旅游的科學發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As a special tourism product, red tourism has special significance in patriotism education and ideological and political education for the people, especially for the growth of young people. With the promulgation and implementation of the National Red Tourism Development Plan for 2004-2010, the development of red tourism is becoming more and more mature in recent years. The promulgation of the National Red Tourism Development Plan for the period 2011-2015 points out the direction for the development of red tourism in the next five years. The promotion and guidance of the government to the red tourism has enabled the rapid development of the emerging industry of red tourism. The development of red tourism makes more and more people understand the history and tradition of revolution. As a product, it also plays an important role in promoting the economic development of the old revolutionary areas, and it is also of great significance to consolidate the ruling position of the Communist Party of China. The key to the scientific development of red tourism is to take the scientific view of development as a guide, to deepen and innovate the economic and social functions of red tourism, and to expand and extend the ideological and educational function of red tourism. Shanxi Province is rich in red tourism resources, retaining a strong revolutionary tradition, leaving behind many revolutionary relics. In the early days of the founding of the Party and during the Agrarian Revolution, all over Shanxi actively spared no effort to support the front lines and contribute their own strength to the revolutionary struggle. In the period of the Anti-Japanese War, the people of Shanxi, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, engaged in an indomitable and heroic struggle with the Japanese aggressors, relying on the two natural barriers of Taihang Mountain and Lu Liangshan in Shanxi Province. The three revolutionary bases of Jin-Chaji, Shanxi-Hebei, Lu-Yu and Jin-Sui, which have great influence, can be defeated by the Communist Party of China by relying on the support and support of the three base areas and the people of the base areas. During the War of Liberation, under the leadership of the Party, the people of the whole province fought with the Kuomintang reactionaries wisely and bravely, and finally achieved a great victory of revolution. The history of revolution has left a valuable legacy of revolution. Red tourism is based on the development and improvement of the precious resources left by these periods. Compared with other forms of tourism, red tourism has its particularity. Because it is an important part of the socialist core value system, it plays an important role in patriotism education and ideological and political education to the masses of the people, especially to the youth generation. Therefore, based on the provincial situation of the red tourism development in Shanxi Province, this paper analyzes the present situation of the red tourism development in Shanxi Province, and puts forward some problems in the development process of the red tourism in Shanxi Province, such as one-sided pursuit of economic interests, The neglect of the social and cultural benefits of red tourism and the lack of talents in the development of red tourism affect the further development of red tourism in Shanxi Province. In view of these problems, this paper focuses on how to make red tourism play its social function better, while realizing the economic benefit of red tourism, improving the social benefit of red tourism and deepening the educational function of red tourism. So that the development of red tourism in Shanxi Province should be people-oriented, all-round, coordinated and sustainable, which is advocated by the scientific development concept, so that the development of red tourism in Shanxi Province can be raised to a new level, so as to realize the scientific development of red tourism in Shanxi Province.
