【摘要】：京津冀地區(qū)旅游合作發(fā)展始終是旅游區(qū)域發(fā)展的重要研究問題之一。依據(jù)聚集經(jīng)濟(jì)的觀點,旅游資源聚集和市場聚集是一種不同于傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)資源和市場聚集的特殊聚集方式。對比京津冀地區(qū)與長江三角洲地區(qū)旅游資源和旅游市場的聚集差異特征,區(qū)域旅游合作發(fā)展應(yīng)該以本地區(qū)的旅游資源與市場聚集的特征來選擇合適的發(fā)展模式。京津冀地區(qū)的旅游發(fā)展模式應(yīng)該基于本地區(qū)旅游資源和旅游市場的聚集特點分為兩個層級的市場,由于兩個層級市場的消費(fèi)主體不同而實現(xiàn)區(qū)域之間的利益分享目標(biāo)。同時,新的發(fā)展模式應(yīng)該更加關(guān)注的市場消費(fèi)主導(dǎo)對象是散客旅游者,而不是團(tuán)隊旅游者,這是世界旅游未來發(fā)展的基本趨勢。以此模式實現(xiàn)京津冀地區(qū)旅游聯(lián)動發(fā)展應(yīng)有相關(guān)政策的支持。
[Abstract]:The development of tourism cooperation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is always one of the important research problems of the development of the tourism region. According to the view of the aggregate economy, the aggregation of tourism resources and the aggregation of the market are a special way of aggregation which is different from the traditional economic resources and the market. Based on the characteristics of the tourism resources and the tourism market in the region of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta, the development of regional tourism cooperation should select the appropriate development mode in the region's tourism resources and the characteristics of the market. The pattern of tourism development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should be divided into two levels based on the regional tourism resources and the characteristics of the tourism market. At the same time, the new pattern of development should pay more attention to the market consumption leading object is the tourist, not the team tourists, this is the basic trend of the future development of the world tourism. In this mode, the development of tourism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should be supported by relevant policies.
